It is October 4, my pool was supposed to be done in Late June. The electrical part of the bid was $850, and granted the estimate said it would prbably be a little larger, but QUADRUPLE is a little much. It will be a cold day in he.. before anyone should use them. The electrical tripled i believe because instead of 2 trips to do it, it took them 9 and 7 of them were to fix what they did on a prior visit. Never. And they won't certify it as finished until i pay the overage. My pool will sit there before they get a penny more. 56k is enough not including landscaping. The pool builder has called and stated that it was not part of the contract, but the 850 was included in the price, and I had no control over who the electrical contractor was, when the electrical contractor came and went from the property and what function he performed, thus I believe I am correct in stating it was part of the contract and the pool builder was performing the function of general contractor. For reference the electrical contractor was here 2 days in the beginning, but left due to missing parts,. Next visit was for installation of missing part, which did not work, next for rewire for same part, next for retire again with help from manufacturer, next for rewire of heater, next for install of new switch for lights. My mistake, in my anger he was here only 7 times..sorry about the miscount.

Absolute excellent service. From the start to finish Mrs. Shelly Roper was phenomenal. She guided us to the perfect fiberglass pool for our family. From the details of color of pool, choice of salt filtration, style of slideetc she was such wonderful help. Parrot Bay's personnel provided top quality service, paying close attention to every little detail. They helped us take our ugly useless backyard and turn it into a family oasis!!! We would highly recommend them to meet your family's needs!!!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I get from the two very fine ladies that work at this store. My water is amazing! We have been to several other pool companies for advice and nobody can top the results we get from this store. I can even tell a difference in the way my hair feels because the water is that clear. I no longer have to worry about unicorns drinking my pool water.

I recently had my Inground pool installed and love it! The wait was totally worth it. You can tell how much care and concern they put into building. I should have started the process much sooner. I was not prepared for the permitting and financing wait. The company does a good job of sending information on what to expect and answering questions along the way via email. This is my first construction experience and although my backyard mess was not what I expected it turned out beautifully. I will refer to friends.

I decided to go with this company after getting several price quotes/consultations. I have not regretted my decision at all. They had my in-ground pool installed within 6 weeks from the dig day. Parrot Bay Pools & Spas have stellar employees. Shelley was my pool consultant and she was with me from beginning to end. Anytime I needed to get a message to the team, she was always there and got in contact with them. She provided exceptional customer service; hands down she is a 5/5. I must also say that Sean always responded to my emails and kept me informed of everything that was going on. I always had positive experiences in the store. My in-ground pool with waterfall is beautiful and relaxing. I am really enjoying my summer :) . Thank you Parrot Bay Pools and Spas !

Great job on my liner replacement. These guys were in and out in 3 days. My wife also liked all of the liner choices. They were very professional and arrived and finished on time. My pool looks so much better.

We started our search for a pool a few years ago at a different home. We finally settled into our new construction and Parrot Bay was referred by our builder. They were on point and offered many more options than the other pool companies. Our pool was installed very fast and my family is already enjoying the summer. Many kudos to the workers and sales people.

My experience has been wonderful with Parrot Bay Pools and Spas. They have been nothing but professional and timely throughout our whole pool install! I would highly recommend them. This our third pool we built at a new home and they were the best experience out of all of them.
