I called Seegars Fence Company for a price quote. The nice lady who was assisting me, (I apologize for not jotting her name down) was very attentive and understanding to my requests. She explained that the quote would be in person, even though I had the measurements. I agreed with her and appreciated their professionalism and expertise! The timeframe for the quote was quick!! I truly appreciated their amazing service!!

Purchased 230 feet of 6' white privacy vinyl fencing which included a 4' walking gate and a 12' double drive gate. Fence crew installed entire fence in two days; however, we were not satisfied with how wide the gaps in double gate were. Additionally, the entire front left section of the fence by double gate was not installed properly resulting in four separate panels all of different length.

After addressing my concerns to the office manager (Lori) and the site estimator (Cam); Seegars came back out to our home in a timely manner and reinstalled the entire front left section of fence, including the double gate.

We appreciate the crews hard work and professionalism. Everyone at Seegars worked extremely hard to ensure we were satisfied with the end product we purchased. Seegars stands behind their work and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fence.

Although the job was small and some may not have bothered because of that, they did and their staff treated the job as though it was s big job. The staff and workers were timely and professional throughout the job. We certainly recommend Seegars Fence Company!

My experience with Seegar's has been completely opposite of the first reviewers experience. As the owner of a smaller fencing company in Fayetteville, I purchase materials from Seegar's from time to time. They've always been professional and courteous and on time with their quotes to me.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! I NEVER leave comments or reviews but this is just terrible and I'm speaking out. I contacted the company 4 MONTHS AGO and today is the day I finally hear something and that something was the wrong information. Allow me to elaborate.4 months ago I called seegers for two gates I wanted put on both sides of my homeONLY 2 GATES! My back yard is already fenced in and I only needed two gates to close the back yard in. I called and my information was recorded. 1 month passes by and during that 1 month I call every week asking when a contractor will come out to look at the property so I can get a quote. A little passed 1 month I call back and I finally get set up with an appt. 1 week later, guy comes out and looks at the property with me by his side. I tell him again, I only need two gates to close off my back yard because it's already fenced in. Guy draws and writes everything down and leaves. So we can fast forward 2 MONTHS LATER!!! During this 2 months I get no call or email with quote, so once again I'm calling every week asking when I'll get this info. Each time I got the same story "we will have to contact HERBY and see what he did with the info and we will contact you back ASAP". I literally got this same story each time I called. The second to the last time I called which was a Monday and I got this story " the quote is on the owners desk and he is out of the office till Wednesday, I will get him to contact you as soon as he gets in the office." 3 more weeks pass and still no call!!!!! I finally called today "Monday august 14th" and I'm frustrated to the max but I still speak calmly and respectfully and the lady on the phone puts me on hold to go find the quote, and when she reads the quote, the figure is over $1,000 and the reason is because HERBY has quoted that I need 26 feet of fencing plus two gates. Ummmmm where did 26 feet come from??? I only need two gates to close my yard in as I stated before. The lady on the phone proceeds to ask if I mind waiting for a call back so she can Contact HERBY to see what's going on with the quote. I then tell her no, I will take my business elsewhere because I've literally waited 4 months just to finally hear a misquote!!!!!! What a waste of time and life it has been with this company who surprisingly has 5 stars on google??!?? Way to treat your customers seegers, and this is completely irrelevant to the complaint but what a way to treat a Veteran of the United States Army as well which is what I am!!!!!!!! Smh I do not recommend this company at all!!!!!!!!!!
