Absolutely love this Clinic. The girls up front are absolutely wonderful! They're all hard working women, and you can tell by just observing. Their phones are always ringing. We were in the clinic today and the girl who sits by the windows was doing nothing while the ladies up front were busy with patients and answering phones, she didn't once pick up the phone to help. The doctors and nurses are also absolutely wonderful! You may have a little wait but it's well worth it. Only downfall is how long the referral lady takes getting your referral sent out. It's been two weeks and she just sent our referral. She's also very rude when talking over the phone as well.

Love this clinic! They've taken care of our 4 children for 8 years. Dr. Sy is the best and the staff and other doctors are fantastic!

This clinic is a joke. Heaven forbid your child get sick. They open at 830a.. I was on hold for an hour. This has happened 3 separate times.
I have also had an appointment and was skipped over and had to wait for 2 hours. Finally, I had to be back at work (this was for a 9 month appointment) and left. They told me that I was being an unresponsable parent to my child. He didn't need vaccinations! He was there for a weight and length check!
Dr. Sy is amazing, but the front office is filled with unorganized, incompetent people.

My baby has been attending this hospital every since she was 6 months old & I had Dr. Scott and he was amazing!!!!! I also started seeing another doctor when Dr. Scott left and that was Dr. Sy also amazing. When she turned 4 years old we moved out of the area but I still traveled the 45 minutes for her to see Dr. Sy. The interaction they have with my daughter is very professional and the front desk are always very fun and welcoming.
We moved back to the area 6 month ago and recently she saw another doctor other than Dr. Sy and the experience was horrible to say the least. I paid a very expensive co-pay when she's seen so I felt like my money was a big waste. No to mention this is the 2nd bad experience with that same doctor. She came into the doctor with pretty rough symptoms about 1 month ago and as a mom I know my daughter. This doctor brushed it off and didn't want to listen to everything she was experiencing & said it was a viral infection let it take it course. Next day fever got worse and she breaks out in hives. I refused to take her back there & went to pay the very expensive copay for express care at high smith raniey & got better answers. Not only did she have a double ear infection, she had strep throat & she was given medicine that not only improved her symptoms but help it go away within a week.
I am seriously considering switching if she is continuing to be scheduled for that particular doctor.response / report this review -

I love this office! The ladies upfront are always kind and make my visit as quick and as pleasant as they can. I have my favorite Doctors and my kids approve too. Glad I have them when I need them!

Great clinic my children have been seeing Dr.Sy since birth I haven't had any issues with him at all Scott was awesome as well now they there is Elena she goes above and beyond for her patient she has awesome bed side manors if she don't know what's going on she will find someone who does.back nurses are great with My little on that freaks out about drs. But once there the calm him down. They take care of there patients. My kids are 11,8,3. I love this clinic lady's upfront desk are awesome and help in any way possible. Thanks lady's an gentleman for taking care of my family all these years and years to come. :)

My children 18 & 21 have been with Dr. Sy forever. We don't always get to see him now but I feel comfortable with all the Dr's we have encountered. The place is accommodating and professional.

I brought my daughters here by referral and was very pleased. The staff was extremely helpful. Dr. Chang was very friendly and took as much time as I needed to make sure all my questions were answered. I am grateful to have found such a wonderful place.
