Always a variety of new cars on the lot. I've met the manager and he let me test drive a car and take it out for an hour or two. Decent place for sure.

These people have a history of not registering the vehicle to save money on taxes. If you decide to buy be sure you tag your vehicle before it expires because they will give you the run around. Also , if noted about all these reviews it's not real people. They all talk about one person, "Joe" they have more salespeople besides him. They have more stars on their rating than they should.

I went here today to get information about a vehicle and the guy who helped me treated me so badly I left crying. When I enquirer about the vehicle they never offered a test drive and I was told that I could not get one of the cars I wanted and I would have to pick from the cars he offered me. He spoke to me as if I was stupid. My daughter was preapproved for a vehicle here and she will not be coming in to get a car either. Never in my life had I been talked to like this and I have worked in customer service for over 30 years.

I bought my son a used car from Star Motors. The entire staff and our dealer Wally were great. We will recommend Star Motors to our friends and family and come back in the future.

I bought a car from here and had it in their shop more in the first two weeks than i ever drove it. Eventually we decided they couldn't get the problems fixed and asked them to take the vehicle back and return the money I paid the lender they told me they could not take it back and to not bring it back for repairs. So i took it to a competent mechanic and spent a lot of money paying for repairs star motors had supposedly fixed. I get it out of the shop and drive thirty miles out of Wichita and the transmission goes out. This is after less than a month of owning the car. This place likes to take advantage of customers and is extremely unprofessional in dealing with customers. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere where they will be honest with you.
