It has somewhat of a vintage feel, mainly because of the room decor, but the rooms were clean and functional. The staff was exceedingly and abundantly accommodating. While there I experienced some issues, which I later realized was due to exterior painting that was taking place during my stay. The staff there went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable even though my requests and complaints might have sounded outlandish to them.

Pretty great conference location. Lots of small and large meeting rooms, catering staff were attentive. My only nitpicks would be there wasn't enough coffee or water through out the day's events. Otherwise, o was very pleased with their.conference hosting services.

Met in lounge for a work related meet and greet. Staff was excellent and unintrusive. Good wine and beer selection, as good as one would expect. Appetizers were absolutely superb, short ribs were near perfect. Great ambiance, highly recommend for small gatherings.

The rooms are large and immaculately cleaned. The staff is wonderful and courteous.
When I first arrived, I had an issue with my Air Conditioning unit. When I brought the issue to their attention, the maintenance guy came to my room quickly. He was friendly and professional! When he discovered that the AC unit couldn't be repaired, he went down to the front desk, transferred my room for me, and then assisted me with my baggage to my new room.
The amenities are slightly dated, and the restaurant's food is not the best. Otherwise, my experience with this staff would have earned this Marriott a 5 star review.response / report this review -

This hotel is gorgeous! The lobby and inside are beautiful with a full restaurant and bar inside. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool deck is a tad small but the chairs are super comfortable and the pool is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel for anybody looking for one in the area!

It's a nice hotel, but there are many things that need to be renovated. I saw mold out by the pool and on the side of the building by the pool (it happens here in Florida, but should be kept clean for its guests) and there were broken terracotta tiles all about from our recent hurricane. Again, nice place, but they need to renovate and make it more presentable. The pool itself was nice, but small. No hot tub either, which was a bummer. The entrance lobby is opulent, and the built-on restaurant is very fancy. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable, but a little firm.

I enjoyed my stay last night, a nice air -conditioned refuge from my hot Florida home without power after hurricane Irma. I paid 149.00 (or at least that is what I was told) i still don't have a receipt. Just called to ask if there was availability tonight since i am still without power and i was told it is 199.00 plus tax (on a Tuesday by the way). Excuse me, price gouging hotline? When I asked why the fifty dollar increase, she said she was gone for eight days and has no idea. Livid. And the supervisor, John Reynolds? Is that a real name? Absolutely disgraceful.

I had dinner and drinks at the restaurant there and everything was phenomenal. Atmosphere was welcoming and quiet. Our server was polite, attentive, and friendly. Food and drinks were outstanding! Definitely returning and would recommend highly.

The room was nice and friendly staff. However it is not a great value. No free breakfast or wifi. There are a lot of nice hotels that offer these services as a free amenity. They have a small area that they sell things you would find in a convenience store. But they really hike the price because you are a captured audience. $3 for a Snickers bar, a Coke, or a small bag of chips. If they would like loyal customers that come back time and time again they should give these customers a great value, which you do not receive here. I would actually spend more if I was getting a good value.

I stayed overnight at this hotel. I now wish I would've booked a longer stay as the service, room, amenities, and just overall everything at this location was excellent. I can't say anything bad in regards to my stay here. Everything was just perfect. I've stayed at mostly every high end resort or hotel in southern Florida but am starting to review them now. I'll continue to book at least one night at many new hotels or ones I've been to before but I'll be reviewing them all as I go now.
