The remodeling they have done looks great so far and I look forward to seeing it completed. The drinks were expensive but that is to be expected. The atmosphere is wonderful, and I would recommend both hosting and attending events here. A wonderful location with plenty of parking nearby, which can often be an issue in downtown St. Petersburg.

Visited the restaurant for lunch (if you use the valet parking, be sure to have your ticket validated!) and had a scrumptious Caesar salad with blackened grouper. Followed with a lovely creme brûlée with fruit! Elegant dining area and very efficient staff. A very enjoyable dining experience! Thank you so much!

Ensured we got a feather-free room before we even arrived. The room was comfortable for two people, the bathroom was fairly spacious. We were a little disappointed in the parking area, but if you don't mind a short walk there are alternatives.

Beautiful, newly remodeled historic hotel. Right on the waterfront, convenient location in downtown St. Petersburg. Close to shopping and dining. Full resort with pool, tennis, gym, spa, etc Went for a work conference, so plenty of banquet space. Friendly staff. Good food.

My husband and I stayed at the Vinoy recently for our anniversary. Loved the location and the hotel. Even though some areas are being remodeled, we were never inconvenienced. Not only does the hotel have great restaurants, but there are A LOT of great restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed Park Shore. The museums are close by and very nice too. The patio bar at the front of the hotel is nice and comfortable, overlooks the marina. The Vinoy is a short drive to St. Pete Beach / Pass-a-grille beach. This was our first time to this area and we will definitely return and stay at The Vinoy.

(I am laughing that my son's minecraft picture is on this review)

The Vista Points Special Needs Trusts staff visited the Vinoy for a training conference provided by Stetson University. Although there was construction going on, we were able to enjoy ourselves, enjoy the resort, and learn from our training. All in all, it was an excellent visit.

Love this place. Staff will do just about anything you ask of them. Place is pretty clean. Rooms are good and beds comfy. Can't wait to see this place when renovations are done.

Restuarant: Ate breakfast and was super yummy. Chicken sausage was delicious. It was not on the menu and the server had to ask the chef, so ask if you don't see it.

The hit tea selection was vast and fresh.

Staff will bend over backwards to get you whatever you need or help you do whatever you wish to do. Amazing food in the restaurants. The bars have super yummy beverages. The spa is on point. The location can't be beat downtown. All thumbs up

Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The lobby had a sign asking for "no autographs" which I later was there due to a number of pro baseball players staying as guests. There was also a large collection of exotic cars which was another clue that some VIP guests were in residence.

Ate at the restaurant for my birthday last year! I went with my wife and parents. The place is very pretty and beautifully presented. The food was so tasty, it melted in my mouth. The service was as you would expect, excellent. We had such a lovely time, I'll be back.

Completely beside myself about my stay. Went to spend one night there for my birthday, and was violently awaken before 9am by construction directly outside my window. The entire room was shaking and the noise pierced through my head. Called down to the main desk where they could hear the noise through the phone and they told me it must be the new restaurant we are building, which means don't expect it to stop. My breakfast then arrived, that I ordered the night before, which I sent back because I was packing to leave. Forced to leave multiple hours before check out. And my $330 a night room was comped $50. Left in tears, hands shaking. That's for the memorable night!

Stayed here several times and I love it. However, every time I've checked in, my room hasn't been ready. It's always a 30-40 minute "please enjoy our front porch bar" wait.

It is a great porch. In fact, I stay at this place because of the front porch bar, and I spend a lot of time at it when I'm in town. Wonderful people watching, and very friendly. But, I'm usually coming in from the West coast, and it's a long flight. I'd just like to get into my suite and freshen up first before cocktail hour.

They have a lot of weddings at this place, and I can understand why. Great location in a fun town! Can't wait to see what the pool remodel looks like.
