Got a room there while my house was being tented. Rooms are clean and have a little fridge and microwave and a nice outdoor bar & pool - that's the pluses.
The downside is,
1 - it's in a very seedy neighborhood of squalid "trailer trash" beer bars and liquor stores - it's known to be a bit of a crack zone.
2 - the low advertised online rates are bait & switch, and jacked up when you actually go to book - you'll get a bunch of rude double talk with an Indian accent
3 - Don't forget anything in the room when you check out - you'll never see it again!response / report this review -

The staff is VERY RUDE!!!! I will never stay here again. Can not get a clean sheet or extra towels if my life depended on it. They say they have no key to their laundry room. The only one that has a key to the laundry room is the house keepers. Such BS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! On top of all this, I said that a sheet was very important because ,"someone got their period in the bed."
The reply I got from Vicki (the rude staff member), "that's not my fault."
I was refused when I asked for my money back for my last 2 night's here so I could stay in a clean bed.response / report this review -

Walked in, seemed clean, smelled nice due to the air freshner. I thought okay, for the cheap price not to bad. Until I saw the roach. It was late at night we were exhausted after the Rays game, and I know it's FL bugs happen. 1 roach could have just came in when we opened the door. Until morning time came and we saw the other roaches crawling out of the carpet that lined the wall. We checked out ASAP!

We arrived fairly late so it was really that we got checked in fast. Desk clerk was very nice and the room was comfy. The mini-fridge was much appreciated.

THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST HOTEL IN THE ENTIRE STATE OF FLORIDA. DIRTY AND UNKEMPT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. THERE ARE DRUG DEALS GOING ON AS SOON AS YOU EXIT YOUR VEHICLE! DRUG ADDICTS CLEARLY WALKING AROUND ON SOMETHING. THERE HAS TO BE SO MANY CODE VIOLATIONS. MOLD AND MILDEW IS ALL YOU SMELL UPON ENTERING A ROOM. WHETHER YOU GET A SMOKING OR NON SMOKING THEY BOTH SMELL LIKE SMOKE, MILDEW, MOLD, AND DISEASE. PEOPLE SIT OUT NEAR THE OFFICE AND DRINK. NOT SOMETHING I WAS EXPECTING WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO BOOK A STAY. KEYWORD ON ATTEMPTED. ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ON HERE ARE TRUE AND NOT A STEP AWAY FROM THE TRUTH. I ASSUME THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE OF THOSE WHO KNOW MANAGEMENT PERSONALLY. NOT FIT FOR FAMILIES OR PEOPLE WHO ARE USE TO A CERTAIN STANDARD OF LIVING. THIS LOCATION IS DEFINITELY SLUMVILLE, USA. PLEASE FIND SOMETHING MORE SUITABLE AND MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE. IF YOU'RE INTO PROSTITUTES, DRUG DEALS, AND MOLD INVADING YOUR LUNGS THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. OTHER WISE PLEASE SPEED RIGHT PAST IT. The room was quite and clean. Reasonable rates. There was construction in part of the parking lot but there was still enough space for parking.

We have been having a great experience at this hotel!! They are very attentive and respectful, any time we have needed something they responded immediately to our request. The maintenance site manager Lee has done an exceptional job of keeping us satisfied during our stay!!

The entire hotel was terrible. Dirty, in disrepair. The room smelled. The power went out while I was staying. It was awful. The pictures were deceitful.

The employees at Knights Inn were very nice and inviting. Although the rooms aren't the best, the pool is nice. The rooms are not the worst that I've seen but updates and paint wouldn't be a bad idea in my opinion. Other than that, everything was great!
