Nice place but on-line rate quotes are misleading. Ad states that parking and Wi-Fi and pool are free. However, when we checked in we were told there was an additional charge of $20.00 per night for a security deposit. The front desk attendant further advised that the $20.00 per night fee would be refunded at checkout if no damage was done to our room. He also told us we would be charged an amenity fee of $8.00 per day which was not refundable. When I asked what amenities he was referring to, he said the pool, parking, etc. Kind of deceiving if you ask me. Either update your ads to include these additional fees or stop charging them all together. Deception is not a good business practice.

We had a standard room walking the hall the harsh musky smell that hits you make crunch the nose. But a relief it didn't carry to the room . Rooms were clean and turned well. Bathroom was a bit small not made for sharing. It would be nice to see Queen size beds the double bed didn't agree with the Misses. And the most important improvement that can be made is soft close door hearing the other guests coming and going left us with no sleep. Sorry

Great day, beautiful place friendly staff. Sunset grill a must. Hooks bar and restaurant drinks near the pool was delightful ! Fishing, jet Skies were all good. Truly enjoyed it!

This is the place to stay if you want to relax get away from the big hustle bustle and still enjoy all the amenities that a 5star hotel has but beach style. And the most amazing sunsets. Will always be back.

Amazing view of the bay and the beach. Very clean condo's that are very modern. Service was very helpful when we needed then. Amazingly nice and very helpful staff. Great place to stay. I hope to return soon.

We love this place! My family and I have gone here many times on vacation and we always have a blast! Try and book a room on harbor-side; the view is amazing and the sunset is unforgettable 🌅

The restaurant was terrific. The wifi in the room did not work. The rooms for the wedding we attended were not ready when we arrived. Some of the front desk staff was very confused and almost seemed disoriented. I had called about a lost item, which was retrieved, then a friend in another suite called about something else and the front desk staff said "you already called about something else". My friend knew of my issue and had to explain that she was not me and was calling about something else before he would even listen to her. Very unorganized - non-guests were walking down the pathway during the wedding ceremony and literally through the reception.

Rooms were too dated to give all 5 stars, but overall not a bad experience. My wife didn't like the cold, slick tile floors Pool was large and clean, but the hottub was tiny (especially for the number of rooms they have). Close proximity to a small beach was nice. Only one restaurant nearby and no grocery stores / etc.

My expectations were greatly exceeded the room was beyond perfect. Awesome layout and size I don't know what else can be said it was perfect. Only nuance that could be made is the restroom was big but too contemporary to fit the modernization of the room. I would hope the ownership consider a stand in shower but it's not a big concern because it was still big and very clean the bathroom.

Visited summer 2016-- Great view, cute beach-theme colored room, comfortable bed. Rather than a stove we were provided a hot plate which was functional but did not get hot enough to boil water so it made it a little more difficult to prepare spaghetti, but the heat was enough to cook the food fine. I'd never been to a beach on the bay, there are not big waves here. This property's beach had shells all in the sand, I wore my shoes to walk along the edge of the water. Found this location on Groupon, I'm not sure I could typically afford such a place but it was a wonderful stay! The elevators were past due for inspection in my building by a few months and sounded pretty rickety, but everything else was great!
