Great value for money. Standard Continental breakfast, which means no hot table (no eggs, meat). Breakfast room is large and layout is open. Property is clean, and renovated. Parking lot is well lit and safe.

Would NOT stay here again if I could help it. Front desk gave me wrong times for breakfast (manager offered me a banana as consultation), assured me my frig was FIXED when it wasn't (so it was no use 2 me first night AND second as well) and breakfast option was not good. Almost yuck. Coffee machine was nice. Maids were nice. Rooms are ok, but dated. I get it, this is a bargin hotel for people on very tight budget. They did have a pool.

My stay was at the La Quinta Inns & Suites Clearwater Airport. After a BIG mixup at the airport, I made my way to the hotel 3 hours later. Upon arriving I was greeted by Maria, who assured me that everything would get better. I went to my room which was very clean, smelled great, and A.C. worked wonderfully. I later met another receptionist named Faith, who also was great. They both assisted me with wonderful alternatives to my situation. I don't think my trip could have gotten any better if it was not for them and their help assisting me. I am truly grateful for them. Thank you so much for making my trip worth while.

This location is pretty dated compared to other LaQunita locations we have stayed at. Breakfast is also a bit more limited in selection (no fruit) These are by no means complaints, just observations. Check in is always a breeze and the front desk is ALWAYS HELPFUL in directing us to local "must-do" as well as "avoid" adventures.

The best staff. Helped us when hurricane Irma was on it's way. Super clean property and room was a 5 star for sure. Thank you La Quinta!

After a less than satisfactory stay at another hotel, this location was a breath of fresh air. Clean rooms, friendly staff who went above and beyond in any way they could, and a very pleasant stay. Our room was very clean and well kept. The pool was enjoyed by the whole family and was well stocked with towels. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again next year for our family vacation.

The staff is friendly the rooms are large. The beds are comfortable. They have breakfast which includes fresh do it yourself waffles, boiled eggs, beagles, instant oatmeal a variety of cereal and yogurts and fresh fruit. They also have a heated pool and a hot tut which are always nice. It has a lot of food places near by and isn't far from the beach. We usually stay at this location anytime we're in Clearwater

My wife and I needed a place that was both affordable and pet-friendly. This hotel had the best rate and rating combination. It's also a relatively short drive from dog-friendly beaches like Fort DeSoto Park.

The room had ample space, looked and smelled very clean, and the shower had great water pressure and temperature control.

The first room one we got actually had a wacky-sounding A/C, but the friendly staff at the front desk immediately relocated us to a different room with zero fuss.

Breakfast was included, which is a bonus. From what I could tell, our dog enjoyed his stay too. I would come back the next time we're in St. Pete.

Most comfortable bed I've had in a motel in years. Clean. Friendly staff. Coffee maker only makes 1 cup at a time.

Horrible place!!!!!. Room stunk like mildew. Bed had fleas walking on it. This place is a suitable place for prostitutes and drug dealers. Went over to the Hilton which was pet friendly and the rooms where clean and great service.

Rooms were clean, more than enough for our short stay, the hotel was generally in good condition. We used this as a quick solution for an overnight stay near the beach. It's about a 40 minutes tue drive to Clearwater beach. Breakfast was light, standard continental. Very friendly employees.

First night we arrived for our reserved room, reserved well in advance. Manager spent 2 full hours on the phone at the front desk before she would provide us with our room. Second night we waited at the front desk for 15 minutes, as we needed a few cups and towels. We came back to the room to call the hotel to let them know that the front desk was not staffed in case someone was in danger and for safety, as we were concerned. Same front desk manager as the night before answered the phone immediately. I let her know that we were concerned, as the front desk was unmanned. She immediately stated that she has been at the front desk all evening and that I was lying to her. I let her know that we just needed cups and towels and we were just worried. She said "Honey, you don't know me! I've been here all night! You did NOT come up here!" I simply hung up and sent my husband to the front desk this time, as there was no reason for her to berate a paying guest who legitimately was concerned for their safety. She simply pointed at the breakfast area and told him that the cups we in the lower cabinets. I'm so upset that our trip is ruined after being treated this way 2 days in a row by this La Quinta manager. Cosmetically there are holes in the walls, we have had to listen to a large barking dog on the other side of our connecting room door day and night, the bathroom is filthy with body hairs in the sink and tub, stains on the sheets and covers, refrigerator was on high but does not work, the one available outlet in our room does not work so we had to unplug lamps, trim and floors are in very rough condition. I would be shocked if La Quinta can keep this hotel afloat for much longer. We travel often and this was by far the worst experience we've had. We will never stay at a La Quinta or a sister property again.

Room was okay, but the building and hallways had an odd oder to them. Toilet made noise all night as of there was a leak or something. Beds were nice, room was clean. Shower was horrible and took forever to start, but after five minutes or so, it finally got started. Staff was nice. Breakfast was moderate. Price was decent.
