It was pretty nice here. Didn't have any major problems here. However, the food could definitely be more up to the standards of what Mariott typically offers.

Easy access location very close to the interstate and a short drive to downtown. Newly renovated lobby and room. Friendly staff. King suite was a little smaller than expected but the bed was comfortable and room was clean. Free breakfast was as you'd expect.

Hotel seems a bit older although it has been maintained very well. Friendly staff, conviently located right off I95 and within walking distance to outlet mall and a few fast food/gas stations. Good hot breakfast. Red train and trolley have a bus that will pick you up here for the tours.

The staff was wonderful. Made our stay very pleasant. Will stay again if the opportunity arises. I do suggest that adding a microwave to the larger rooms that have refrigerator would be beneficial. Additionally a softer towel would be great. I realize that it is not the Marriott Marquee but it is a Marriott product. Less room rates don't have to be less quality. However as I previously said I will stay again. Top notch staff!

The place is very clean. Very Good price. Under 80 bucks. The breakfast area is too small perhaps. I recommend it. Very close to the St Augustine outlets.

I recently used Fairfield Inn and Suites for my wedding and it was amazing! My wife and I were having a destination wedding and were having about 45 guests come in from out of town. We were able to set up a room block with Fairfield at an amazing rate! Staying with them was incredible! The rooms were really nice, the staff was friendly, professional and accommodating for such a big crowd coming in all at once, and the continental breakfast was delicious! The location is great, tucked away near the interstate and the St Augustine Outlets and really close to lots of food options. I highly recommend staying with this Fairfield Inn and Suites!

A family vacation. We normally visit Savannah and stay at Springhill Suites at this time of year. We decided to visit St. Augustine this year and we stayed at Fairfield Inn . The entire staff was very nice and helpful. It was and enjoyable stay..Koodos!!!!

Sean checked us in at 11pm with a welcoming smile. The rooms were clean and cozy although the AC was set to 66,it didn't feel cold enough. Breakfast was blah, but the kids were satisfied. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I really like this brand - you get a significant bang for the buck. Spacious room, free breakfast and a pool with hot tub. I was very pleasantly surprised just how nice this pool area was. Surrounded by greenery - and although the hotel is very close to the highway - not too noisy. The only problem I encountered is I guess I picked an extraordinary busy time to eat breakfast, because they'd run out of a lot of things. There was one person working at full speed trying to keep up, but the guests outnumbered her and were quicker to empty than she could fill. I stopped at the front desk and mentioned that perhaps she could use some help, but none arrived.
This place makes a great stop off I-95 - close to the Outlet Mall and lots of gas stations as well as places to eat. My tip is to have dinner at Sonny's BBQ for a feeling of how friendly the South can be!

The first room I got had a broken AC, room was pretty stifling. Plus the floor safe was broken. Second room had low water pressure. In addition, the hotel was filled with school age children running up and down the halls knocking on doors. There were so many kids we couldnt even get breakfast in the morning. But, I will say that the staff was very nice. They did try to accommodate with a room change and deal with the kids. I would stay here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Overall it's a decent hotel, a bit tricky to find from 95 and awkward to enter the parking lot since you have to make a U-turn depending on which way you're approaching. Room was fairly clean, inexpensive and somewhat spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Free hot breakfast was not the hottest, but a decent selection. Thankfully there was a microwave in the room.
