Very rude staff. Never could speak to a Manager. We had to change rooms at midnight because the air conditioner was not working in Room 311. We told the staff at the AC was working that it was in it quit they were extremely rude set I find that hard to believe that it just quit working. We were transferred to another Room but never did get to speak to a manager. No discounts were given for the inconvenience for the problems we had. DE breakfast bar was horrible. It had no taste , We cannot even eat it. I am a licensed bail bond agent, My gun was Left Behind for a few minutes, instead of calling me the hotel called the police. I had to go to the police department the next day to pick up my guns very unprofessional staff at this hotel all of them were very rude. Do not stay here.

Beautiful room layout.., loved the divided bathrooms, the desk area, and the couch Great price! Will definitely be staying here again when in Tallahassee! Highly recommended!

This place is amazing. The decor is gorgeous in the lobby. Staff is very helpful and courteous with smiles all around. The room was large with a sofa bed beautiful bathroom space with a sink in addition to an additional sink in the shower room. Climate control, refrigerator, and microwave complete the final touches. I loved it. Will definitely stay again.

Their isn't enough television channels to choose from, and you shouldn't have to let the water run 5 min in order to receive hot water. Other than that the stay was comfortable room service awesome, and breakfast amazing. When you open the door to your suite you want believe your eyes. Would I recommend or go back? Indeed I do and will. SUS.

It was a very nice hotel. Our room was on first floor. The room setup was very different and unique. Hotel staff was very nice. The bed was king size, but it was very uncomfortable. It was so hard that from my neck all the way down to my lower back was hurting. I would not recommend this hotel based off the hard mattress and there was not a mattress protector sheet under the fitted sheet. The fitted sheet easily came off of mattress.

Great room layout, comfortable beds, nice "split bathroom" design. Also courteous, helpful staff. Nice pool, BBQ & gym. Good variety of breakfast foods.

We visited our son and his girlfriend for the holiday weekend. The hotel was clean and quiet. It had a small outdoor pool that we never got to use because it's sun up to sun down only. The room was a studio suite with kitchette. Two queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The shower and toilet were in separate rooms but had odd pocket doors with no locks. Rooms include breakfast In the lobby. Fresh and good variety available.

I loved staying here! The decor is modern and the room layout is so well thought out! I had a microwave and refrigerator, a nice study area, and a big couch to relax on. And that's the standard room! There were packs of paper plates and plastic ware to eat with which was a really nice touch. The staff were friendly. The pool was nice and fun to swim in. The workout room isn't big but it has enough equipment to keep you from getting too lazy. Breakfast was included and there was always coffee available. My only complaint was that the cleaning service often only did half the job when they came by. They only took out trash and didn't restock towels or make the beds. That was annoying but this is such a great place to stay it was only a minor flaw!

Stayed on 4th floor. Was very quiet, even though close to elevator. Interesting room design with 2 "bath" rooms, one with a sink and toilet, the other with a vanity and beautiful walk-in shower. Bed very comfortable. I would prefer 2 pillow types, though, as the ones there were the same and too thick for my neck. Room a/c worked well, as did everything in the room. Breakfast was very good - eggs well done, with oatmeal, waffles, all the usual suspects. Also, there was cake donuts - unusual and very tasty. They did a poor job of keeping the hot water carafe full and the tea selection was only 3 bags of the same tea. Very disappointing, but hot tea drinkers usually are not treated well at hotels. Very good location.

Absolutely one of the best hotels my family and I have stayed at!!! Staff wonderful!!! Breakfast wonderful!! Cleanliness was superb the overall stay was exceptional!!

This hotel and its staff are wonderful! The rooms are extremely spacious and they offer a delicious full breakfast including scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit, donuts, muffins, juice, and milk. I will definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly. The dinner and breakfast was great. There is not enough nice things I can say about the room. Very spacious and clean. It felt like a home away from home. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.
