Nice hotel with good and helpful staff. But rooms are a little worn out as well as other signs of Hotel being on the older side. Good location.

Everything was as to be expected, great service, clean room and grounds. Only observation that can easily be fixed was the lack of detail to the gym. The equipment and water dispenser need attention. None was grossly dirty , just lacking the detail the rest of the Sheraton was getting.

I would like to start by saying the hotel staff was amazing. They met our needs and went above and beyond. With that said you can tell this is an older hotel, and I would assume it was at one point a very nice 4 star hotel. The hotel is dated, and the rooms are slightly smaller than I expected. From the outside it looks good, but halls, carpet rooms etc. all show it's age. Based on its looks, I would class this hotel at 2.5 stars it is far from a 4 star hotel.

Spent 2 nights at this resort , it is clean, and has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. Scott was our bartender both days and provided amazing service , very friendly and had great drink recommendations! I recommend to come visit him to enjoy a few cocktails and to stay the night at this beautiful hotel !

The pictures look nice but it needs updates. Looks more like a 2 or 3 star hotel. Hallway carpet is dirty, scuffs on walls and doors, and rust on bathroom fixtures and shower curtain rod. There also in no mini fridge or microwave in the room and half the TV channels didn’t work. But the worst was finder no a LARGE cockroach scurrying around the bathroom floor when I got up in the night. When we told the girl at the front desk in the morning all she said was she would tell her manager, and nothing else was said or done. The only nice thing is that they had a shuttle to the FSU football game.

The staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean and had a fantastic view. Only thing I didn't like was the breakfast, tasted gross and they tried to charge more than what it was worth.

The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The restaurant and bar are very nice and well populated by hotel guests. The pool and hot tub are a lot of fun to spend time in and there are even musical events out there once in a while! The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I have stayed here about 10 times and have never been disappointed. I must say though that the quality of the rooms can vary. Often they are really nice with everything functioning. But once I was in a room with a lot of wear and tear including the painting on the wall being broken. Another time, the soap dispenser in the shower was broken to pieces! Another strange thing is that some rooms have mini fridges and some don't! And they can't guarantee you will get one. Please put one in every room! That would make you the perfect hotel! Especially with a microwave.

Second time I've stayed here. Easy check in/out. Customer service has always been top notch. Rooms are fairly modern and comfortable. Bar/restaurant is very nice considering which makes it that much better so you don't have to leave the grounds! Will stay again while in town!

We stayed at this hotel because we had points for it and they have Tesla destination chargers in the parking lot. The room was nice and clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was decent food and reasonably priced. We would stay here again. We do definitely appreciated the availability of the electric car chargers.

4 Points by Sheraton Tallahassee is awesome. The front desk staff has been great about giving us directions, telling us if it's walking distance & calling their shuttle if not. Breakfast buffet has been great. It's been a wonderful experience.

The staff was amazing and nice. The rooms were beautiful! They had a fitness center 24 hours. No mini fridge in the room, and breakfast was very expensive. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel.

While in Tallahassee for the law enforcement memorial, I stayed over night at the four points. The hotel was conveniently located and had a nice pool area. The parking lot was big enough to move around our large trailer a well. The room was nice but lacked a good view since we were input on the third floor. Very welcoming staff were helpful when needed.

Good location near the Capitol building and downtown area. It's an older building, but has been totally renovated by Sheraton and looks very nice inside. The rooms aren't huge, but are nicely appointed for a mid range hotel. I liked the cozy lobby bar area which, since they outside of the round building is all windows, had lots of natural light. Ample free parking, and a small but nice pool deck.
