Only spent one night there. Nice but nothing special. Oddly they offer no free "continental breakfast" , first big name place I've ever stayed that cheaped out on that.

When I arrived at the front desk, the associate was on the phone, but I was not acknowledged in the slightest bit. No head nod, no "just a moment", no nothing. I get it, she was on the phone. Once she hung up the phone, she was just rude. No "sorry for the wait", no "Hello, how are you this evening? ", no pleasantry at all. I had to speak up first with "I have a reservation." Then it was "sign here, here is your room key." No "Thank you for being a Spire member", "Have a nice night," nothing but silence. It was like she had better things to be doing.

I will try and make this short and sweet - do not stay at this property.

My room was booked, I CALLED the same day to confirm the room type and the attendant verbally CONFIRMED my reservation and late check in.

We arrive late - and you guessed it - the room that was CONFIRMED online AND over the phone was unavailable.

I asked for a cot at the very least so I wouldn’t have to share a bed; but you guessed it again, there were no cots available.

The shower leaked and the water on the coldest day of the year was luke warm at best.

I will say, Kristen did her best to accommodate us - but ended up leaving the hotel after one night and had a 100% better experience at the Candlewood Suites on lakeshore drive.

Do not stay at this property. You’ll thank me later

The rooms ok. The breakfast. Grits to much butter pancakes hard. They just have pork. I dont like it. We allways stay at Holiday inn express. They are better. Breakfast they have turkey paty they hVe juice here charge 8 dll and is better the Hiday inn express.The people are very nice. And the hotel clean but if you travel like us must time by car I prefere Holiday inn express. Coffe is better too

Nice experience here. Not as convenient to FSU as we would've liked but overall for the price, we got a very clean, comfortable room. We didn't eat at the breakfast buffet because didn't care to spend that much for breakfast

Excellent Property -
The hotel is showing some age ,but overall will kept.
The staff is great, and the rooms are large.
The dining room is small, and the bar is smaller
The food is good all the same.
The elevator has been out a few times (once both were out), but its not too often.
The exercise room is great - hopefully someone hasn't messed up the TV while they were there before you!

I like to stay here - and I will many more times

Clean room, respectful staff. Cheap toilet seat slides around during personal experience. Told it was a room for disabled guests but if they were disabled for mobility then this room was small and not easy to navigate. Ad said bfast was included, but there was a charge.

Menu in rooms are outdated; limited menu items from the Restaurant. I had a very nice room and felt very relaxed there. Decent place but the restaurant let me down.

A nice location, with beautiful and well maintained grounds, a god small restaurant, and nice large suites.

The rooms were clean and smelled fresh.

It was a very pleasant stay, though my initial loom on the left side of the building did not have hot water, so i requested a room closer to the boiler. Potentially something to inquire about if they've been having issues that day.

This hotel is clean, friendly and a perfect location for travellers with dogs. Great dog walking area on and around the property. Good breakfast. Clean modern rooms. Great place to stay near Tallahassee.
