This hotels has been in Tallahassee for at least 30 years. It is right next to the DIS campus. It is not 4 or 5 star hotel but it is clean, sage and has a microwave, fridge, iron, and blow dryer. Staff is very friendly. Had a bit of confusion at check in but that was because of booking a room online. This is our go to hotel when we come to Tallahassee. Had a renovation about 6 years ago. Outside is starting to show its age but is not an issue.

Very good location, very good price. More than adequate accommodation for the value. Most importantly it's clean. Can't ask for anything more. Perfect if you are in town for fun.

Fantastic location with amazing walkability to most things around campus. Great for alumni who really don’t care about conditions of the rooms nor their cleanliness. We viewed it as a place to crash, nothing more really.

Location was great! Very accomodating. When we left, I forgot a pair of earrings in the room and realized it several hours down the road. I called them and they mailed them to me! Thank you so much!

The hotel was old and needed a good but of work in the rooms. The stay wasn't that bad for the price though.

The place barely has a lobby to check in and has no breakfast service or even vending machines I could see. In one night I saw two cockroaches in the bathroom. The room were simple but there wouldn't have been much wrong if it weren't for the insects mentioned. The TV is very old.

Not bad, but not great either. Location is near the FSU campus, but that is kind of overrun due to the fact that there are always cops looking for drug users in the area. The room wasn't exactly clean nor did it have a good view. The one window we had overlooked a Tallahassee City Managment vehicle parking lot. And as for the room, the shower was dirty, the pullout couch looked like it had been fertilized, and there was a roach on the nightstand. However, it did have a good fridge and a vending machine below. Honestly, it was probably worth it for the money, but $55 is max I'd pay for it.

Lynn Troelstrup, Monique Webster and Bill were most helpful and great to work with for a group my office hosted. Will definitely recommend for other groups. All staff team members were attentive and very polite. Beautiful property and nice accommodations. The business evening reception and breakfast were also very nice.

Giving 2 stars for convenience to the campus. I'm pretty sure when we stayed there, some guy had a hooker in the room next to us. Basically kept us up all night, and I'm glad we didn't have kids then, because there was some x-rated stuff going on. The walls are paper thin.

Great location! Clean sheets, clean bathrooms, no bugs! Great service at check in and check out. TV works, mini fridge was spotless and coffee maker worked great. The AC unit worked great as well. Vending machines are on site, McDonald and a few restaurants are directly across the street. You can't get a room for this value anywhere else.
