We are here for a track meet from the 3rd to the 6th. The first night we had a two bedroom. The room was spacious, but it was not the cleanest. When we went to put the groceries that we brought in the cabinets there was old food in them. The pots in the kitchen were all burnt up. We then went to the bathroom and there was a long hair on the soap dish. I called and complain, and they were nice enough to credit us $40. Second night in a one bedroom suite, we go to pull out the pull out bed and there is food in the mattress, and old moldy pretzels under the bed. The mattress had holes in it that looked like cigarette holes. We called and complained and they brought us a mattress cover. They have been very helpful here, but really need to step it up big time for the amount of money you are spending. Last night tomorrow and hopefully everything will go smoothly.

Probably the best hotel near campus. Quite a nice pool for a Residence inn. They were still doing buffet breakfast which is a shocker during Covid.

Location is great and our previous stay pretty perfect. Clean rooms. Last stay the room was missing pillows, towels, soap and blow dryer. Maybe a covid issue.

Top notch customer service. All things requested were granted. Things were sterilized and the location had ample free parking space. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice hot and powerful. Definitely will be a go to hotel if I stay in the city again.

This hotel is amazing, the breakfast was great, the rooms are perfect and the staff goes above and beyond. In town for a funeral and Mike at the front desk was very comforting, understanding, and went out of his way to help us.

Stayed overnight while traveling. Friendly staff, clean rooms, appetizers with wine, beer and sodas was delicious. Only complaint is the sleeper sofa has a chincy, springy mattress. Only dated part of the rooms are the rough, dated wall and ceiling textures. Popcorn ceiling makes it FEEL like it's not updated.

One of the cleaner hotels we have stayed at but we had some problems that were somewhat inexcusable. First we found a LIVE roach in our microwave. Management said they spray monthly and they offered to take care of our bill for the evening. I'm still confused about why it was there because the place seemed very clean. Second, when we pulled dishs out of the cupboard they were extremely dirty and still had lots of food on them. Quite simply, they had never been washed. We asked the front desk for liquid dish soap but they said they didn't have any. However, they told us to use some of the powdered dish machine soap to hand wash the dishes. Not really an acceptable solution. Breakfast was very good both mornings we were there, and the staff was extremely helpful if you needed to substitute and item because of allergies or gluten free needs. Overall, I wish we didn't have the problems we had, however, the hotel did a pretty good job handling some of the problems.

La razón principal por la que elegí este hotel es porque aceptan mascotas, en esta ocasión viajé con mi conejo y no hubo problema con ello. Pros: la habitación cuenta con una cocina muy surtida (refrigerador, quemadores, microondas, vajilla), en este hotel particularmente te reciben con dos botellas de agua en la habitación. El desayuno es el típico que hay en todos los residence inn y me agrada. El colchón no era firme, eso no me agradó tanto. Pero la atención del personal es buena

We did a mobile check in. Arrived at hotel around 8:30 and was given keys. Got up to the room and keys did not work. Somehow room was given to someone else. Staff apologized and quickly gave us another room. Went back upstairs and new room was handicap accessible . We did NOT ask for an accessible room. Called down and advised the front desk of yet another minor check in error. ~~Overall, the stay was okay. Breakfast was hot. Coffee was good. Rooms were clean.

A bit drab, the rooms are irritatingly inefficient in their design. Maintenance is very haphazard and half-done. Food is on the low end of the usual spectrum. Staff, however, is friendly, helpful, and pleasant.

Nice happy hour in the evening. Clean and comfortable. Would rate 5 stars, but had a minor maintenance request that was not taken care of, even after trips to the front desk on 2 mornings.

Spent four nights here and had a very comfortable time. Happy hour was great Monday through Wednesday. Staff was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a pesky train that comes through in the early morning but I usually slept through it. Will definitely stay again. We traveled all through the south and stayed at 8 different hotels along the way. This was our second favorite. As a family of 4 with two teens, it's nice to spread out a bit and have the kitchen if we had chosen to eat in. We did laundry while there and the laundry area was clean and had plenty of washers available. Really loved the complimentary morning breakfast and evening happy hour. Where can you get a free local craft beer these days? We liked the close proximity to FSU and A&M. Overall a great stay! Staff was very very nice. Brandon, who does a variety of things at the hotel, also drives the shuttle bus. He dropped us off at the restaurant we were having dinner at. It was only 1.2 miles away, but our feet were killing us from walking FSU all day, so we really appreciated the ride! Both Brandon, and Isiah, who was working the front desk Friday night, have very good attitudes. I believe the hotel was at 100% occupancy Friday night, so I was surprised Brandon didn't have any help checking in guests at the front desk, but he handled it like a champ! Bed slept comfortably & the room was clean. Wish the bath towels could have been a little softer or fluffier. They felt like sand paper. Breakfast was good, offering cereals, waffles, eggs, sausage and bread & juice options. Will definitely stay here again!

Our two room suite was nice, had plenty of dishware, a full fridge, and comfortable beds including an extra fold-out bed. Located across the street from a whiskey bar and brewery that were not crowded with FSU students like in the places closer to campus. The pool, spa, and breakfast buffet were also nice. Be aware that there is a $10/day charge for a parking permit, and only one car permitted even for the two room suites.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. Pets are allowed. Best of all, it is walking distance to FSU campus. This was our favorite place to stay during our daughters college years. The staff is wonderful and Keith the manager was very helpful to us with regard to reservation issues. You can also walk to restaurants and railroad station shops. Highly recommend this hotel!
