Great breakfast buffet, lots of items. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub are ok. Good area. Easy commute to New York but be mindful of the fee to go through the Holland Tunnel when traveling to New York each day.

This hotel was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. We checked in close to midnight and they were still very lively and polite checking us in and again when we checked out at 6am. This hotel is on airport property and they have a free shuttle to the airport that runs every 30 minutes. I’d definitely stay here again before flying out of EWR.

The SpringHill Suites is just about the most average hotel. There are great parts such as the spacious rooms, and bad parts such as the eerie, out-of-a-horror-movie vending machine locations. A good stay for if you need a night before or after taking a plane at the airport.

Stayed here for a night before catching the morning flight. Very conveniently located.

The rooms were large and clean. Very affordably priced for such a nice property.

My taxi driver got a little delayed getting to the hotel because the roads in this area are a little confusing. Not a major issue though.

Not very accessible. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant and you have to walk down to another sister hotel in order to get a meal. The drains in the shower are very slow draining as well as the bathroom sink. Would not recommend this place to a friend or an enemy.

Conveniently located by the Newark airport but that's about it. No amenities nearby, you have to walk to courtyard to get any type of food which is about half a block away. Old rooms, can definitely use an upgrade. Bring earplugs as you'll hear planes taking off all day and night.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Room was not very clean, we found some trash between the side table and beds and one comforter had stains on it. Breakfast area was very crowded and stressful. Toilet was not great and kept messing up. No exhaust fan in the bathroom made the room sticky when someone showered. Kitchen ladies who were attending to breakfast area were awesome and great with my young kids though! They went above and beyond.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and very professional. I parked for multiple days after my stay while traveling and the rate of $12/night if you stayed at the hotel is fair. Happy to know my car is in a gated area while gone as well.
Would def stay here again if traveling from Newark.

They let us check in an hour early and the customer service was excellent. They provided us with parking and a bunch of take out menus for the area. The room was very clean and openly laid out and the building was easy to navigate. We went down stairs to purchase snacks in the lobby and saw the hot tub was out of service. When we asked the man at the front desk he politely asked the technician and gave us an honest answer that they did not know when it would be operational. When we came back later in the evening the hot tub was fixed and we enjoyed the pool area. The only problem was that the hot tub didn't always have the jets running and there were a lot of loud kids in the pool (but it wasn't a big deal). We went back to the room and ordered some nearby takeout and then fell asleep. Overall it was a great night.

Clean decent nice size room. Parking is extra $15 a day! Very upset that I stayed again for 4 days & the entire time my door didn't work! Not once did the mgr even bother to try to make thinks ok. I left several messages for Daniel & he never return my call or came by. The pool & hot tub was nasty.

Needed a place to stay for the kids' school vacation. This place was great! Rooms are big and clean. The kids loved the pool which is open till 11!! Free breakfast was good! Easy drive to NY attractions. Overall a great experience.
