Staff was very accommodating - we had the meeting room (Good sized and AV/projector were provided at no extra charge!)
Sleep rooms were laid out uniquely and the beddteamy! Like sleeping on a cloud! Would stay here again if in the area.response / report this review -

Great hotel. Wish I could have spent my entire business trip here! Little noisy from highway, but nothing earplugs can't fix. Very pleased.

By comparison to other mariot resort hotels, it is not as fancy. However, it has all the amenities i need, it is clean, comfortable, and the staff is friendly. Overall, enjoyable stay.

Provided a clean, quiet suite with a great little work station that included a recharge strip for electronics. For the price this is a great place to get a good night's sleep and catch up on some work while on the road.

This hotel is located in Forrest Park. Forest Park is not the greatest area. It is close to both Cincinnati and Westchester I and is a great central location when traveling. The sales manager got me an extended stay room for 2 weeks at $75/night. It is one of the nicest hotels for the price range. It has a pool with several chairs for sunbathing if you choose to. Each room comes in two different configurations, either a large king bed or two full beds. The linens are clean and relatively new with limited pilling on the sheets. Each room has a pullout sofa couch, a desk, TV with cable, microwave, mini fridge and a coffee maker. The room I have been has been great. There is room for a pack and play for our daughter, but the rooms lack storage for clothing for more than one person. The breakfast is normally instant eggs and sausage. Sundays they have waffles out, wish they would have it out everyday. Yogurt and cereal with milk is always available as well as coffee and juice. The service has been great throughout. I have had no complaints. The house keepers come in everyday to take the trash and clean up. They will change the sheets whenever you ask them or once a week. It hasn't been the best hotel for an extended stay like mine, but it's a great hotel for a few days near Cincinnati if you wanna save a few bucks from the ones in downtown or West Chester. No bed bugs.

Doesn't seem kept kept up with. Dirt and mold in corners of rooms. Outdated fixtures. Topically looks nice, took a closer look and everything is drab and old. Not worth the price. Not staying here again while in Cincy. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff helped our group to the conference room and accommodated our needs. Everything we asked for was done in a timely manner and with respect to the other guests in our group. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful lobby, we'll maintained value oriented hotel. Nicely arranged rooms, a little a-typical - has a trendy sliding door for the bathroom and a very nice lounge area in the room. Very nice. Internet works very well, streaming 1080p without issue.

We had a wonderful stay at Cincinnati Springhill Suites. Beautiful lobby, awesome staff, clean rooms, comfy beds. Breakfast is included. All in all it was a great stay. I will be staying here again.

Good for the price and expectations. Room layout a little wonky. Justin, at the check in counter, was AMAZING in his enthusiasm and service. Guy even remembered my name when we came back in after dinner (and the hotel was near full). That's the kind of employee who can make a difference.

Rooms are spacious and well insulated from noise. Fitness center and pool are well maintained. Breakfast does not offer enough variety.
