We have stayed a few times when this property was a Residence Inn and it seems to have maintained the same standards under the new label.

My family loved these rooms. The price was VERY reasonable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. With a family of 5, the 2 queen beds and the sofa pull out was plenty of space. The rooms were clean and comfortable ! Will definitely recommend to all.

Excellent, clean rooms with kitchen and comfy beds. Pet friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast included, many good restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

Room was fantastic. They seemed overwhelmed at breakfast and ran out of food and coffee well before the listed end time. Everything else was great!

Love the rooms however room I had smelled like cat pee upon entering. Rolly Polly bugs all over bathrooms and around baseboards and near fire place. Cob webs and a big spider. Up keep on these rooms with cleanliness would be nice especially around all baseboards. Bed was a tad lumpy but layout was nice and kitchen in room was nice. Noise level was a bit high as can hear everything sounded like a party downstairs. Breakfast was good though. Staff was nice.

Great hotel. Bed was so comfortable that I am looking into getting the same mattress at my house. Grounds are very well kept. Employees are extremely friendly. Free breakfast was good. This hotel is set up kind of like a bunch of condos. You will most likely get your room from outside. The rooms are really nice. Full fridge with icemaker. Kitchen with sink and dishwasher. Couldn't be happier with my stay and will definitely come back!

Excellent staffvery friendly. Helpfulon a genuine level. Breakfast was great. Again staff was polite. Good locationplenty of restaurants in walking distance. Evening snack was also very good.

I am a temporary transplant to Cincinnati for work. It's my first time in Ohio and I am staying at the Marriott Residence Inn for the next 6 months with travels in between. I have been here for 1 month and so far my stay has been fabulous. The rooms are studio apartment style, very clean, spacious, and provide all the essentials to make your stay comfortable. The staff is super friendly + helpful (ie: I asked for extra hangers on two seperate occasions and a new iron and room service left them in my room the following morning). From what I can tell thus far, the location is extremely convenient to access highways, CVG Airport, and downtown Cincinnati. Never having been to this area previously I was very happy to find tons of shopping, restaurants, and all mainstream stores super close and accessible. The only partially negative comment I have is that I wish the "gym" was bigger.. I love to workout but it is very small with only 3 machines. However, there are plenty of fitness centers/studios right around Blue Ash that you can join for very reasonable prices and plans. A breakfast spread is provided daily by a delightful staff as well, just in case you do not want to take advantage of the full kitchen in your unit :) I'd highly recommend the Marriott Residence Inn if you have an extended stay in the Cincinnati area!

This was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Every single person we encountered; the person at the front desk, the housekeeping staff, and the people who cooked/cleaned for breakfast, were more than helpful and even went above and beyond to give us a great experience. I am not sure I have ever experienced a better and more pleasant staff. I wish I could remember the name of the girl who checked us in and out (she had really really long hair) but she was one of the nicest people I have ever met and extremely helpful. The rooms were awesome and clean. Also one of the staff was so kind and pleasant as he helped set up a crib for us. Every staff person we saw was smiling and helpful. Seriously, hands down one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.
