I wasn't a guest, but was visiting one. The room looked very clean and well furnished. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with the common eggs, sausage links and bacon, the omelets being made-to-order were fantastic. I had interaction with only a few members of the staff, but every single employee was very polite, pleasant, and happy to help.

It was very nice the host were pleasant. BREAKFAST was Greaaaat. And you can’t beat a FREE Happy Hours. From 17:30-19:30. The beds were very Comfortable. All a round great place to Stay at.

Great friendly staff, very expansive common areas great for events. I️ was here for a chess tournament and was pleasantly surprised at just about everything. Special thanks to the hotel bar/restaurant. The cheeseburgers are good but I️ LOVED the pasta! Food was reasonably priced. I’d eat here even if I️ had no business in the hotel!

Stayed for a Friday and Saturday night for a Chess tournament. Rooms were clean, beds soft, good amenities, including breakfast. Friday night had free chips and dip, chips and salsa, nachos and veggies, which was great.
Asked for late check out, they said 1:00pm, got to room at 12:10 and room was cleaned out and an iPhone charger was stolen. The employee cleaning that floor said she hasn't been in there and front desk didn't get a turn in. Lots of food got thrown out as well. Chess tournament must've caused some issues with the amount of guests checked in, but no excuse.response / report this review -

My family and I are relocating here so we had a chance to check out a few hotels this is one of our favorites. Clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff and convenient /very walkable location. We were very low maintenance but each time we saw staff in the hallway they always greeted us with a smile. The only downside is the pool area is not well maintained especially the weekends where there were multiple events, ie wet towels everywhere, pool room was saturated with a very strong chlorine smell that was overwhelming. We only visited the pool once although the kids would have preferred more.

This place was great. The staff was friendly and very professional. The free make to order breakfast was very tasty. They even had a happy hour between 5:30 and 7:30. You got free drinks, and snaks.

The best stay yet. Newly renovated and its a place fit for a King and Queen. Very plush and stylish decorating. The Dining experience is a must do the Salmon dish is my #1 choice although i believe all the menu items would be most delicious. I would have gave 5 Stars and believe me they deserve a 5 star rating but i held back one that last star because of the pool area. Everything else is beautiful but the pool is not very big and kind of out of date for the new look of the whole hotel. The pool area needs a new face lift as well.

I give a 5 star to this place on their rooms and service. There is only two things I think they should really address. One is we were sitting in the lobby when rain started dripping on us they have a few leaks that come through the top windows of the lobby. The other issue was the pool area the rain comes in through the windows in there to. And the drains were not draining. If they would address these few issue this would be a wonderful place.

The rooms were very clean and had comfortable beds. The area in the middle of the hotel was very big and had comfortable seating for all of our baseball team's group and more. The made to order omelets and pancakes were as good or better than a restaurant outside the hotel and all other breakfast food was very good. This is the best quality stay for a very reasonable price. The area was near business district and very low traffic and felt safe. We took a 2 mile walk and the walking path was wide, new, and low traffic.

Check-in scheduled for 4 pm, but they got is in at 8 am, no problem. That was clutch. Clean room, plenty of space. Free breakfast was on point (wait in line for the omelette; skip the sausage). Weirdly slow elevators. Would stay there again.

The hotel is very clean. The overnight check-in staff was less than attentive, but whatever it happens. The breakfast is very well done and delicious. The breakfast staff is fantastic, quickly clearing plates and very willing to help.

The hotel was beautiful and our room was clean. The breakfast was amazing with omelet bar and pancakes. The pool is too small and there is no hot tub. I had an issue with another guest concerning the pool that was resolved in a very professional and courteous manner by Jasmine. She was fantastic and ensured my family and I enjoyed the rest of our stay.
