Who doesn't love Ikea? This place is awesome. Great prices, great selection, everything is always stocked in this store. Great service and help from the Ikea team members as well.

I love Ikea. They have everything you will ever need. Also their food is really good. My entire apartment is furnished in almost exclusively Ikea furniture. I even have some Ikea dishes. But all the dressers, bed frames, night stands, organizers, tv/entertainment center, computer chairs, living room chair, and more is all Ikea. I can never go and spend less that 2 hours here. It's an awesome place to waste time and bond or play imagine the possibilities.

First time visit and Ikea did not disappoint. The layout took a minute to get used to but really makes sense in practice and really simplifies the furniture and furnishings buying process. Staff were friendly and helpful when we asked questions, prices are great for what you get, and even the restaurant in store is really good and well priced. $4 for a tasty and good sized lunch is awesome, I'd eat there regularly even without shopping if I lived close.

Great place to grab a snack or dessert! Seriously the cafe is very nice. A diverse selection of home furnishings and decor. Things are laid out so you can try and test them. The quality is fair to good, but that's why the pricing is low. Things look nice and function, but heirlooms for generations it is not. It's a wonderful maze, you will be spending time browsing. There is a kids area whee they are watched and play while you shop. Enjoy.

Store was nice and fun to explore. The products are laid out In rooms to see them out of the packaging. That's GREAT. Wasn't very satisfied with how the layout is and a long walk to get to the checkout but it's a big store so that's expected. They waited entirely too long to call backup cashiers and I work in retail so I understand how that works. Overall. Average customer service from a big box perspective.

The staff are very helpful, and respectful.
I was sitting on a display couch (which was on some type of shelf, so I had a hunch I shouldn't have been sitting on it) and a staff member came over and kindly stated I wasn't supposed to be there.
I also enjoy buying furniture here because building things is fun. So this store is like a shopping mini-game.

Don't think an employee said hello to us until we reached the check out. Can be hard to find an associate. Lots to see so plan to spend a couple hours here, unless you've picked something out already on their website then you can go straight to the warehouse part. Website does give aisle numbers which makes finding the product easy. Did not try their dining, but did look at their menu. Lots of choices, no lines. The table I purchased turned out great.

For the most part, this is a clean IKEA. Well stocked. Bathrooms are kept clean. Food in the cafeteria can be cold at times, but we've never really had a bad experience. There are plenty of parking spots by the exit to allow several people at once to load products into their vehicles.

This was my first visit to IKEA in Ohio. The store is huge but offers an elevator or escalator to go up to the second floor instead of using the stairs. They have a great variety of merchandise in each department with good prices. They even have a restaurant on the second floor which offers$5.00 meals that looked and smelled terrific! I purchased a couple small items but I will definitely be back to purchase a couple furniture pieces for my new apartment!! The sales associates were all friendly and helped me and my friend navigate to the department's we were looking for.

Certainly one of the best store for furniture shopping and more. I love the diversity of choice that you can find there, the shopping experience and the price of course. The down side is the time to build everything. It can be lengthily for large pieces but it's what makes the price affordable and the transport to home easier. I am also amazed by the engineering put in furniture to make it easy to build (instruction don't use any word, just graphics) by anybody and quite robust. If you start with an empty house you can fully equipped it in this store, including some food! Speaking about food, the restaurant is really good and they have a kids place.

This place is so awesome it's overwhelming. To avoid decision paralysis you should either visit ones just to get an idea and come back or better yet have a good idea of what you're looking for before you show up. The latter choice is probably the best idea. It's easy to get overwhelmed by the plethora of choices and also by the number of people visiting on a daily basis, this is why it's necessary to plan your trip and have a list of what you're looking for. They offer many services but one worth mentioning is the $60 for two hours of planning to get an idea of the look your going for, especially if your going to spend thousands on a new kitchen etc. Prices are good and there is a good range from low end to high end. Some things probably aren't the highest quality but that can be expected at prices like $7 for end tables, but they are high quality given the competition at a similar price. I'd recommend this place over value city/room place etc particularly for the prices, not just because they have 1million more things.

For those who haven't been to an Ikea before the chain offers relatively cheapish furniture and furnishings for apartments to homes. The quality on most items is usually decent, while most is intended for younger couples/families just starting out. The cafeteria has a good selection with most meals coming in around $6-7 with a balanced plate of protein and vegetables.

I mean, it's IKEA. Being my first visit, it was a little overwhelming. You follow the yellow brick road around room after room checking out hundreds of pieces before finally finding what you want. I'm guessing home maker types love just looking at everything but all I wanted was a bookshelf. Eventually found it and got a great deal for good quality. And it was pretty fun in the end! Definitely a lot for a first timer though 😋.

We make the two-hour drive to IKEA several times a year. Their furniture, for the price, is very high quality and stable. We enjoy eating in the cafeteria. The place is always bustling.

Always clean when we go. The food tastes great and reasonably priced. They just added to the menu the option to get a soup or salad and drink with the meatballs, which is really nice. It used to be everything a la carte and it would add up. Their new espresso was fantastic. We love planning a trip to IKEA to get furniture and organizational goods. The staff are usually helpful and friendly. We love too that they have amenities for children (I was just bummed their bottle warmer was down when we went last time). Great place to spend a few hours or the day ha!
