Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. Housekeeping left me a handwritten note which was a nice touch. Breakfast is good in the mornings so far, not a ton of variety but good. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.
Although our stay was quite short (just over night). I have to the staff was quite curtious & accommodating. The rooms were very nice & comfortable. If we're even in Cincinnati again we will definitely return.
The SpringHill Suites was a wonderful place to stay for our weekend in Cincinnati. Our room had two queen beds and a pull out couch as well as a separated bathroom (one with a toilet and sink, the other with a sink and shower/tub). The bathrooms were ideal for getting ready for the evening.
Everything was clean and taken care of. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was yummy. It costs to park but ours was credited, so I'm not sure if they always make you pay.
There is a very beautiful park, Eden Park, within walking distance of the hotel. We were able to safely explore the area and enjoy this park in the morning.
We absolutely loved staying here. The staff is so sweet and fun! We stay in Cincinnati several times a year and we will definitely be back! Clean, large rooms and comfy beds.
I was very pleased with the rooms we stayed in. They were large, had nice furniture, and I liked the layout. The couch could be turned into two additional beds which was very convenient. There were two separate rooms for the shower and the toilet. The breakfast area was nice and modern with a decent selection for food. However, I didn't appreciate that you had to pay extra for parking.
Stayed overnight for a wedding. Located right off I-71, it was very convenient getting around. Staff was very friendly. Large, comfortable rooms. Great showers. Smaller pool. No complaints!
We decided to stay here because of the good star rating as well as the deal they had on Newport Aquarium tickets (2 free adult tickets with overnight stay). They were out of the adult tickets and only had child passes, to make up for it they gave us another child's pass. Great customer service and a very clean well managed hotel. I highly recommend staying here.
The room was very clean and had a very nice set up. I loved the fact that the toilet was separate from the tub/shower. There was a lot of space in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I would MOST definitely stay here again
Always a pleasant experience at the Springhill Suites. They recently renovated the entire hotel and it looks great. Always friendly staff and the rooms are super spacious. The breakfast is great too!
We stayed here after my husband had back surgery at Laser Spine Institute which is right by the hotel. They had just finished remodeling and were having open house, which was very nice. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The toilet and a sink were in a separate room from the tub and I really liked that. The breakfast was very good. My son was with us and since our stay was during the school year, we had to keep up with his school work. We needed crayons, which I failed to bring. I called the front desk to see if they happened to have any for purchase (I didn't expect them too but it never hurts to ask). They did not have any but about an hour after I asked, there was a knock at the door and there stood a hotel employee with a brand new pack of Crayola crayons. I think they sent someone out to buy them. I was very impressed. This would definitely be a 5 star review if it had not been for the rude girl at the front desk when we first arrived and the fact that the room wasn't ready when we were told it would be ready. I would stay there again.
Our stay was overall a nice experience. It had a few issues. The pool was not heated which was very disappointing. The room the pool was in was a little warm but not the water. And parking, you have to pay $10 to park!!!! Never in my life have I had to pay parking in a hotel you pay to stay in. She gave me a parking pass at check in but I had no idea it came with a price. I was never told. However the room was nice and staff was friendly. Be blessed
It was right in the middle of every where we wanted to go and very close. The room was awesome. It had two beds and the the couch had a roll out bed. It had a microwave mini refrigerator with plates and utensils. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was great with eggs sausage, orange juice, and lots of other great things. The room had a desk and separate water closet and bathroom each having a sink. It had a closet with drawers and an iron with board. The beds even had there own reading lights. It was really great.
We had not idea until we arrived and saw the hotel what to expect. They get an A+ in everything. The hotel is right in the cultural center. It has an excellent restaurant and there are lots of restaurants around. The art collection is large and very impressive. I was happy to see that they are expanding. Great concept.
