Nice clean, quiet and comfy. Great breakfast except for the fact they stop serving at 9. We almost missed breakfast after getting in late the night before and having to wake up early.

I've stayed at this Hawthorn several times and everyone is always really nice and polite. I've never had any issues when staying there and the rooms are clean. However, one on the best features of this hotel is the continental breakfast. It's not large but it has always been good.

I stayed here for several weeks and found the staff to be extremely friendly, approachable and caring. It’s a small team but when you stay here, they treat you like family. Even Mrs J the person in charge of the kitchen makes you feel like your coming home - they remember you by name and even the guests are friendly towards each other. I felt completely safe here.
The rooms are clean and modest - although I think it maybe time to renovate and upgrade a few things. This is the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star.
If there were any issues they resolved it right away. Great location for a great price. Highly recommend. Ps. Pokémon players - there’s a Poke stop at this hotel.response / report this review -

The rooms are very clean. The hotel itself was very quiet. No bugs, no smells. Hotel is located in a quiet area. I highly recommend this place!

The bed matresses are cheap with creaky springs. The main room lighting is dim even with all the lights on but the bathroom lighting is way bright. The air conditioning unit is very loud and swings several degrees in both directions around the set temperature. I don't recommend the place.

so terrible. just checked in for a 5 night stay and looking for another hotel. walls are paper thin, it's not even close to a full kitchen, beds are terrible. front desk was rude. everything smells. so disappointing. tried to switch rooms
and just got a flat 'no'. this is a 2 star hotel at best.
UPDATE: just found a bunch of hair in the bed checked the website and there are other rooms available. waiting for next employee to check in.response / report this review -

Nice & clean. Only two small things happened but nothing major. Our toilet started back up but as soon as we told the front desk the issue was resolved. Also hot breakfast was still being made when we went down at 930. Overall a great experience. We weren't expecting and cleaning services as it says that on weekends it's by request only, but to our surprise we came back and the room was cleaned and tidied up. Would stay again.

Its a decent place to stay but I left my electric toothbrush at the hotel and called just 10 mins after I checked out. They said they cleaned out the room and could not find the tooth brush. I understand it is very minor but such customer service puts a big affect and I will NEVER stay at this place again and would recommend if you want good customer service, do not go here.

Wow all I can say is exxxxxcellent Staff! When me and my wife came in we were greeted by the very sweet Alex and she gave us a wonderful overview of the amenities and Even thou I was late for Breakfast the next morning the lovely Jesse was nice enough to bring me a few things back out! Great Stay Highly Recommended 😁😏☮&💙

Well maintained, clean rooms with a very comfortable layout that would make it quite easy for an extended stay. We dropped in for one night on the way through but were really surprised how nice this hotel was especially based on the price. Dining options within sight of the hotel seem limited but a little poking around or a 5 minute drive gets you plenty of options. No pool so it isn't a family get away location, but as a base to come back to, eat, sleep, and relax it is fantastic, quiet and a good staff. Breakfast was typical of places that offer a couple hot options and all the normal cold and apparently they currently even do a dinner/snack during the first part of the week. If I were going to Cinci for a couple days I would absolutely stay here again.
