Very friendly and competent desk and breakfast personnel. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast choices were better than at many hotels. This was a good value for the price now-a-days! Would return to Longmont's SpringHill Suites.

What could have been a disastrous stay ended up being an outstanding visit with excellent customer service. The morning of our day of check in, we were notified that the hotel had suffered a hit water heater failure and we would not be able to stay the first night. Much to our surprise, the Assistant Manager, Abby, had already booked us a room in a nearby hotel and were paying for that room for us, and giving us the reward points as if we stayed there the first night. The next morning our room was ready at 9am, and Abby was waiting for us when we checked in. The hotel is a fantastic place to stay, close to many local restaurants, and centrally located to visit Longmont area. I would highly recommend this hotel for any length of stay.

Excellent service from staff. During my stay the network was unreliable, unknown whether this is the norm. They use high quality furniture and bedding. Breakfast was excellent. Will be back!

I really liked it the pool was fun. The lady at the front desk was way nice and had a cute personality. She let us rob her of chocolate chip cookies and hooked us up with bottled water. My Son and I enjoyed our stay and the room. Good breakfast is a plus. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Clean - good breakfast - large rooms - family-friendly. I'm not always happy with the cleanliness at other hotels, but SpringHill Suites in Boulder was very clean. They have a great housekeeping staff. The sheets smelled fresh and the bathroom was spotless. The carpeting was clean & new. SpringHill Suites has a big, all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet, with a wide selection of foods. They have everything from healthy to less healthy, with plenty of foods that kids like, including chocolate milk. They changed the selection of hot foods each day. They had bacon (my favorite), but not every day. The bagels were delicious. Everything was fresh. The staff was really friendly & welcoming. Our room had two queen-size beds, a separate office area, and a large, clean bathroom. There would be plenty of room for kids, and I saw a lot of families at breakfast. SpringHill Suites is not cheap, but it's a good value.

good access to highway and wholefoods, friendly service, good amenity with laundry, no problem with shower. But breakfast is not good quality. It's too american typical unhealthy pieces.

Rooms were nice and clean. Front desk staff were courteous and very helpful. 24 hr simple gym was a nice service. Good location to nearby food with Oscar blues being right across the road.

The man behind the counter today, July 3rd, was so incredibly sweet and attentive to us. I believe his name was Thomas. He was knowledgeable, answering all our questions a with ease, and always greeted us with a warm smile and polite manner. Thomas, thank you for making our trip more enjoyable with your awesome work!

The location was great, it was right across the street from Oskar Blues. There is now a pedestrian underpass that lets you cross that major road safely. The breakfast was hot both days i stayed with eggs, bacon and potatoes, on one day, eggs, biscuits ans sausage gravy the next. There is a pool and a very small exercise area with a few dumbbells and cardio machines. The staff was nice and the beds cozy. Drawback here is a train runs close to the hotel at night and at the early morning. The whistle woke me up both nights.

Relatively new hotel. The room was pretty nice but I think the bed was a bit hard. The breakfast was pretty good and included healthy options.
