Great rooms and staff
Nice hotel. Decent room and breakfast. Parking lot is a little tight to navigate if you're traveling with a larger vehicle.
One of the best Residence Inn's you can say at simply because of the staff and service. I stay twice a year and the recognize me coming in the door. Rooms are standard but well maintained. Food is much better than other Residence locations.
We needed a hotel that was fairly close to the Rocky Mountain National Park and while this wasn't the closest it was available. It's about a 1 hr 45 min drive to the park from the hotel so not too bad. Much better than leaving from Denver. It's also very close to Avery Brewing which, if you're a beer person, is a great brewery to visit (also serves food). Hotel is roomy clean and great breakfast.
It is a cosy place, not the newest cold stylish hotel but an older cosy look. Rooms got a kitchen with all except oven. The suite have a living room, bed room, bathroom. There is very nice people here working, and the area around got several convenient stores and several restaurants and dining area in walking distance. Good place
Stayed here during the holidays and one thing we remember the most was the friendly staff and the great breakfasts! Room was clean and spacious. Great amenities. We just booked for another holiday stay and can't wait!
Very clean, comfortable. Rooms are nice and convienant. Breakfast is good. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Nice trip, they made it better😊
4.5 stars
Great stay. Very comfortable. Terrific service. Good breakfast selection though limited hours for a Sunday morning.
I would stay again
Always stay here when traveling for business. Rooms are big and clean. Front desk is always helpful. Nightly rates are not the lowest, but you get more than what you pay for. They even have free beer sometimes, to encourage people to socialize.
I could not get my reservation on line, I called in and got the reservation and then had to call back and got transferred to someone else regarding my change in reservation from a Thursday - Saturday to Friday - Saturday. That person did not change my reservation correctly so they gave my room away. Vicky, the desk person at the hotel, never apologized and was not the least bit interested in helping us find another room. We ended up finding a room in Loveland, but didn't realize they were not affiliated with the Longmont hotel. That person apologized for the error and was SUPER nice.
Large room. Fully equipped with kitchen and fridge. No service charges for online order reception. I bought a Pizza and the cafe staff was willing to oven cook for me. Good services.
Location is a bit hard to find on Google. It's south of the Candlewood and Courtyard. The lobby is on the north side. Road access isn't as easy as I'd like. Foot traffic seems to be rather noisy in the room close to the stairs; it doesn't seem like the door isolates sound as much as it could. Breakfast is good, as are the amenities in the room. Didn't seem to get as nice a treatment here as I had at other Marriotts, despite having elite status.
