Yes they are under construction right now but we have not found that to be a problem. Like all other comments said the staff is amazing and helpful. Breakfast is being served every morning. The pool area was clean. We haven't heard a lot of noise I don't know if being on the second floor makes a difference or not. No problem staying here at all.

Hospitality staff were friendly. When I made my reservation I was not told that the hotel was undergoing renovations. I'm sure it will be nice when they're complete, but meanwhile they should lower the overnight price. The pool area was really dirty, the gym room was disgusting! The actual room was okay, it wasn't as clean as it should be. No microwave in the room. Ice machine wasn't working.

This isn't a fair assessment of the hotel as they are remodeling. while it was beyond their control, we were constantly walking/eating/swimming/exercising around half finished things. Hallways were closed, exercise room was not accessible, and the breakfast area was restricted. worst of all was the water being shut off during the morning one day. it was shut off around 9 which wasn't quite enough time for a vacation morning late start to get a family of 4 showered. They claimed to have no warning, however we were not made aware of the issue until we complained. this should have been brought to everyone's attention as soon as they knew. This aside, the hotel was clean. Still, you want a few simple things like water/shower and a bed, and without one you can't possibly get a great rating.

Bed was comfy enough to sleep on after sitting for 10+ hours. Pool goes from 3ft to 5ft, hot tub is hot. Great place for the one night I stayed. There was construction, but no one was working so it wasn't too bad

Not a bad spot to stop and rest your head for a night. Over all my experience has been good. The hotel is in the middle of a needed remodel. My only real complaint is with the area the hotel is in. Every night I see cops at the surrounding hotels, however never here. I would stay here again.

This place is great! Friendly and accommodating service, free breakfast, access to pool and hot tub, access to fitness center, and quiet! I would rate it five stars if it were a bit cleaner and if the price was a bit lower. Overall, nice place. :)

I'm Hilton loyal but the staff here was Ah-Mazing. Fresh cookies each day and she noticed we loved them so brought a plate of them to us at the pool. They kept some cereal out for my grandma who missed the breakfast window and the room seemed slightly bigger the what I'm used to. Only draw back was no microwave.

Stayed for one night. The hotel has just been renovated and is in great condition. Good bed. Nice location right off the freeway. Overall we loved it.

There was a hole in the wall where the thermostat should be. They stuck a soap box in the hole to disguise it. Otherwise it was fine.

Nice for the price, but apparently they refilled the pool ave didn't have the PH balanced properly. My 3 year old is covered in itchy hives now. She will be fine but I wish they left the pool closed until they had everything worked out

Fairfield Inn and Suites is a fairly standard hotel, located close to the highway. I was on the third floor near the elevator. It was quiet during my stay other than noise from a shower next door and the beds were comfortable. Our sink was clogged as well. There is a continental breakfast with a decent spread, warm cookies at night, and a small convenient store. My experience there overall was good though.

We Stay here often. Under a remodel and nice upgrades as we stayed in a newly renovated room. Customer Service is outstanding!! Ask for Donny (lady) the manager and Genavieve, assistant manager, they get things done and truly Over deliver on customer service. Go over and beyond taking care of guests. We will be back
