Quiet, until a train passed by!Some noise from other guests, but not much. Slow weekend for the hotel. Breakfast was nice. Service was friendly and helpful. Very limited options to eat, after 9 PM.

Stayed here 10 days in a row, after I came back from work the room was clean. Breakfast was good overall. If you need assistance the hotel crew is more than happy to assist you.

Everybody here is extremely friendly. Like everywhere in Boulder waste is separated into compost and recyclables. Breakfast in the morning and a Manager's Reception Mon - The 5pm to 7pm. Oh, and there's a suite shop! Check the pics.

Hotel is really nice. They have happy hour with free wine and craft beer from 5-7. The hotel also serves breakfast with coffee.

Very nice out of the way hotel. No road sounds and close to boulder. Clean rooms and professional staff made it a pleasant stay. Unfortunately during the holidays they do no provide the happy hour service which made me not so happy. They did provide fresh baked cookies though. 5/5!

Nice location right off hwy 119. Quiet and clean meeting room. The service was okay, there was a large group trying to get drinks at the bar and it was pretty slow, it would have been nice if they had a few more people working. Overall everyone was very nice and it was a nice place for a work event.

Good out-of-town location with easy access to many local spots. Hotel very well appointed yet environmentally conscious, always a plus for me. Free breakfast a bonus. Drive to Pearl Street Mall about 10-15 minutes and plenty of parking there. Hotel also walking distance (20 mins) from Avery brewery which is excellent.

My stay was wonderful. The customer service was fabulous from the friendly greeting at check in to the smiles from the employees around the facility. Geoffrey was by far outstanding as he took care of us at the evening happy hour. He had the ability to engage in friendly conversation while maintaining the beautifully displayed snacks and sandwiches. I highly recommend staying here!!!

Property felt brand new, yet is also extremely affordable. Very courteous staff, especially Jeffrey who runs the nightly happy hour (which was amazing). No wonder why this place is so highly rated. DEFINITELY worth the extra 10 min drive north of Boulder to stay at this excellent property!

Fantastic hotel. Every single staff member I encountered was helpful, welcoming and fun. They we're accommodating and seemed to be genuine and happy. The rooms are not huge but they are certainly big enough. The cookies in the lobby are better than Grandma used to make. The complementary WiFi worked great even when the hotel was at capacity. Everything was always clean and well presented. Breakfast was great and had lots of variety - even for my mother who is allergic to gluten and corn syrup. Wonderful place to stay, can't wait to go back.

This hotel is always clean and the hotel staff are always accommodating. I have stayed here several times for work. There are plenty of places nearby to eat that have good food.
One thing to keep in mind is one side of the hotel faces the train tracks and the train can be noisy when it goes by while you are sleeping. If you are on the side facing away from the train tracks then you will not be able to hear it.
This hotel also does a managers reception Monday through Thursday from 5 to 7 where they have free snacks and drinks.

Arrived, checked in, was handed my key went to my room and it was dirty. Not sure how they weren't aware that the room they assigned to me wasn't cleaned as of yet but it wasn't. Had to wait about 20-25 mins watch other people get checked in and able to go to their room while I waited. Asked if I was able to get another room and they claimed that there wasn't any other availablethe parking lot was fairly empty and there's 3 floors of roomssure. When I was checking out the person asked if I had any suggestions on how to improve. When I gave my 2 cents due to the situation when checking in they told me it wasn't their fault that the rooms what's clean.ok that makes sense. The hotel itself was fine. The staff/customer service was trash will not be staying here again.

10/10 The service was the best part of my stay! They were attentive to every patrons need, and bright attitudes. The rooms were 8/10 Overall, great rooms. The location, 5/10, its not near anything fantastic, but the air is fresh. Honestly, my associates and I, are definitely going back! Also there's a pool, a gym, snack bar. But my favorite thing they have is the hot tub 🔥 it's lit'!
