Only Book If Desperate. Extremely Desperate.
The price and location definitely makes it eye catching but my experience was horrendous. Started with the girl at the counter promising to split my charges between two cards. She instead charged my entire total to only one. Had to call the bank in order to have the charges reversed (Management was extremely helpful with this).
But the fun didn't stop there. I then returned to my hotel room on my second night and was greeted by a large ROACH. The guy at the counter acted as if it wasn't that big of deal (probably wasn't his first time hearing that story). His only solution was to simply change my room. My room was changed to one down the hall, but of course I was still uneasy.
All in all, only 1 of the 5+ staff members I came into contact with was actually helpful (the manager). The rest should be fired. Also roaches (picture attached).

Counter staff are friendly and quick to check us in. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights. The free breakfast has nice and basic food options ( turkey sausage, scramble eggs, varieties of bakery items, oatmeal and such) Hotel is conveniently located to banks, eateries and shopping locations.

Service was great. Room was clean. My only complaint was the overnight parking fee of $25 per night. This wasn't clear on the website when placing my reservation and would have influenced my decision to stay here. This should be incorporated into the price of the room - not just casually informed about upon arrival.

This hotel was right next to Atlanta Tech Village, which is exactly where I needed it to be. The room was a good size and very comfortable. I only stayed one night, but I imagine it would have been fine for a longer term stay.

This is a beautiful hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The only downside was that my employer booked the room for me and called the hotel to specifically leave their credit card for incidentals. But on check in, they insisted I give them my personal credit card. Sure enough, they charged my card for parking instead of my employers. Now I'm put in that awkward position of having to either eat the cost or bother my boss with it. Not a huge problem, but I did have problems getting to sleep worrying about whether or not my personal card was going to be charged the full cost of the room. That didn't happen, but it seems like the check in desk could have set my mind at ease by simply using the card information they already had authorization for. Next time, we'll definitely call around and see if another hotel can handle things better.

The staff was very friendly and had everything that we needed. We had no problem getting extra things when needed. The room was clean and nicely decorated.

The location is great. You can walk to a lot of places from this hotel.

I only gave 4 stars because parking is 25/day but there is very limited parking spaces.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms were spacious with a seating area. It's close to groceries and a highway entrance and to the Lenox Square mall. There is also a small park nearby. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay here. There is a paid parking structure which you access with your room key. They made an easy drop off point for the key once you leave the parking for the final time.

This was my first stay at SpringHill and it was a pleasant surprise and experience. The staff was very friendly and professional, everything that I needed amenities-wise was there, and the location was close to a lot of fun places. There was a complimentary shuttle that took you anywhere within a two-mile radius and everything just seemed to fall into place during my stay. I would definitely do it again!

The hotel is okay. It is clean and serves its purpose. The parking garage cost $25a night and you have to take two different elevators to reach your room. For breakfast, they have a continental menu. There was a long line coming out the door for breakfast. After standing on the line for over 30mins, a manager comes out and announces that the line that was continuously forming was a line for waffles. Where were you this whole time??

Staff was always professional and nice. Even when a client was cursing staff at the counter, the staff conducted themselves in a calm manner. The place is clean and staff were always cordial when passing in the hallways. Breakfast was good. Should of had more people working on a Saturday. Selection was better during the week. Close to shops and eateries. Would recommend for families.

Visited here for a professional event. The hotel is very nicely done inside and out and looks very new. The interior is very modern, clean, and inviting to a visitor. The place is hard to find in the steel and concrete mess that it is located in. All surrounding buildings are huge so if it weren't for the GPS I would not have made it here. The parking garage is right there on property but I found seeing the entrance from the street is difficult at best. All the facilities seem very new. The one aggravation was getting out of the garage. Despite having a valid ticket and form of payment. The automated device chewed on my ticket then spat it back out at me with some silly error message, which made me have to park again and go into the hotel. The desk clerk helpful and able to get the ticket squared away. So really a nice place to visit if you don't have to park here I expect it would be great.

Recently stayed at the Springhill Suites in Buckhead Atlanta. Stay was very good. Hotel was clean, service very good. Excellent location. Right near Train station which gets you to downtown quickly avoiding Atlanta's traffic. Also a direct 40 minute ride to Airport. Area is up and coming with lots of new contraction.

I was not a guest here, however my boyfriend and I came to the hotel to visit friends who came in from out of town. The valet was extremely friendly because we were completely confused on where we were able to park. He asked us if we were checking in, and we explained that we were just at the hotel to visit friends for a couple hours. Instead of charging us for parking inside the garage, he let us park in the lot up front to save us trouble. The front desk clerk greeted us with a smile. The lobby was quiet, but it was also very late. The rooms were nice and spacious. The living area wasn't overcrowded considering the amount of people in the room. We had plenty of space to relax and play a few card games. Although we were not the guests, my boyfriend and I both agree that the staff was very professional and friendly and the rooms were very nice and clean and spacious enough to keep yourself entertained while you're away from home.
