Nice spot inside Buckhead. Rooms are large, beds are comfy and nice sized TV. Living area is roomy with plenty of seating. Clean and well kept. Concierge are helpful an friendly. All and all a decent room if you need to stay for a week or even longer. Seems quite and fairly priced for the area.

I wish I could give this hotel and the staff 10 stars but 5 is the limit. They exceeded all expectations and really made me feel at home. Ashley (front desk clerk) quickly remembered my name and always had a smile as she acknowledged me by name coming in or leaving for the day. Ike who operated the shuttle was polite and professional. On the second day of bringing me to Piedmont Hospital he asked if everything was okay. I was so touched by his sincere concern. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I am in the Atlanta area.

The location was great and parking was free. The front desk staff were warm and friendly. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the breakfast was disappointing. The tub in the bathroom wasn't very clean. The shower/toilet part of the bathroom seemed to have some water rot.
The staff working the breakfast area pretty much stayed in the kitchen and did not interact with guests, they were too busy talking and laughing with each other. The plain yogurt tasted like sour cream, was it expired? I didn't try anything else at breakfast other than water.
I went to many Homewood Suites in then past (before they renovated them), including this one, and was always happy with the breakfast. I guess they wanted to be more like Hampton Inns, their breakfast isn't any better and their rooms aren't as good.

The desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean. I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing I didn't like was due to construction, there was only one way in and one way out of the parking lot

They were very accommodating over the phone. It was a spur of the moment trying to find a place that would have room in parking lot for a 26 foot Uhaul with trailer. They actually block of parking spaces before we got there. The room was clean and the service was great. Location was great.

ALERT! room service tried to get into my pelican suitcase which has a built in TSA lock. Ended up having to go to the airport to have TSA unlock my suitcase because after they messed with my luggage my combination wouldn't work. Zero ucks were given by the front desk. They asked "who else knows your code?" No one, and that's not the point here.

Good location, location seemed clean, there was a neat swimming pool in the middle of the complex. Arriving at location for a work event there was ample parking and accommodations were above average.

If i could rate zero, I would. Rooms were large but needs work. There were stains on the carpet and chairs. Bed Sheets were not that clean per Hilton standards. There were even small bugs in our bathroom, not sure what type of bugs they were. When I brought it to the front desks attention, Monica said she would call me back. She never did. When I called back again, she said in a rude tone for me to wait for her call back. We packed our stuff and left to go another hotel. The worst customer service I've experienced with Hilton hotels ever. Monica at the front desk is very rude and completely careless to her customers. Stay at the Hampton Inn down the street.

I had a very disappointing stay here. There were days when someone would come into my room and replace my towels, but not make the bed or clean anything, just change towels. I found that strange. One morning I found water all over the floor in the kitchen, I called down thinking the fridge may be broken and need to be fixed. They said they'd send someone up to fix it but when I got home, they had only cleaned up half the water and I ended up stepping in it and almost slipped again. I ended up staying an extra night due to a mix-up with my travel agency and they charged me more than double the other nights without informing me. When I asked how they could double my rate without giving me the option, they just told me they "tried to contact me". I had no missed calls, no emails, nothing and got no explanation on what number they had tried when they "tried to contact me". Since I got back to the hotel around 7pm, I was told I would be charged for the night either way. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they weren't in. They were extremely unhelpful and not at all compassionate about the situation. I called the next day since I had to leave before the manager got in the next morning and was told the same story - they tried to contact me and it's not their fault that the price for my room doubled for that night and there's nothing they can do. I was extremely disappointed and and frustrated. I will not be staying at a Homewood Suite again. The next night I moved into a Residence Inn and had a much better experience with understanding, kind staff.
