The location is kind of hard to get to of you aren't paying attention. However, the hotel looks beautiful, and the conference room was spacious enough for the event. Their staff is also nice and helpful. I would recommend using this hotel.

First room 222 did not have air conditioning. The second room (508) tub water was not going down. The same room seem to have had nails laying on the floor. But the breakfast was good.

Bed Bugs!!!! Alert Bed Bugs.Just checked in and as always I did my standard hotel bed check. Shocked!! The mattress was old and in terrible condition. Their was a hug dead bed bug in the mattress seam and another one was still alive. Do not get fooled as I did by 4.4 rating and reasonable room prices. This hotel is ten years old and is just now being renovated. Pass on!!!

Very nice hotel. The breakfast was good, but not included in the stay. Wifi is free to Hilton members, otherwise no. Love the free shuttle to the nearby ballpark. Very nice employees. Very clean. Nice fitness center.

Totally enjoyed my short stay in Atlanta!! Dined at the bar two nights in a row and Taylor was a pure pleasure! Very sweet and personable. Definitely staying here my next visit in October!!

I attended a wedding reception here. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Bartender made good simple drinks that were not weak. The bbq food at the reception was awesome! The potatoe salad and mac and cheese were so good.

Nice hotel. Stayed there for a Braves game. Quick access to stadium parking. Room was clean and the staff was fine. If there was free coffee I didn't find it but I didn't look that hard either. In and out but it served its purpose well.

Very nice hotel. Although it was a bit chilly for our stay, the outdoor pool is heated and was quite nice. Breakfast is not included with the stay. Be careful if you are navigating by voice command. Twice we ended up at the Double Tree on the opposite side of the interstate on the same road.

Have been to this hotel 5+ times when traveling on business. I have never had any problems with the rooms or staff, everything is always great. The cooked to order breakfast is great as well -- Juana is the highlight of each morning, as she takes the time to remember what you had the day before so it can be.

Was here for a 2 day seminar. The conference rooms (3 of them) all opened up into one big room. It held 125 people with tables comfortably. The second day there was a leak and one of the rooms was unusable. The staff was very accommodating and quickly reorganized the 3 rooms into 2 and we were still able to get all 125 people in the room somewhat comfortably, this time without tables. The hotel was well decorated, and clean. The staff were always smiling and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel for one night in February 2017 (room 424). Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was easy to get to, had ample parking, & met my expectations based off of previous stays at other Hilton Garden Inn locations. The room was clean & was mostly in working order. My minor complaints: there is not a continual fan option on the thermostat (I like fan noise for white noise when I sleep) & the thermostat was not in full repair as features did not work. The other complaint is that the bed was softer than other locations for this chain & got a bit uncomfortable by morning. Overall, I would probably stay at this location again if traveling through the Atlanta Metro area.
