  Always have to wait in line for an hour because they don’t take reservations. I stopped by today in the middle of a Monday because it didn’t seem as busy and after the three people in front of me got called up I still waited over 15 minutes all while one of the employees was unpacking boxes of product with me sitting there waiting so I just left after 35 minutes of waiting in total without getting my hair cut. It’s good for business that they’re that busy but I am going to have to go elsewhere from now on.

  My husband went in today to get his haircut. He gets it done at this location every two, two and a half weeks.
  Usually, the haircut is fine. But today was a different story. The girl completely destroyed his hair. He specifically asked her to fade to the top. Their stylists should have been able to do it as theyve done it before. I've included a picture that shows what she did to his hair. He can't fix what she did without completely shaving his head. There's a clear cut part on his head now because of how she did it, NOT faded at all. I'm livid because he spent money on a crappy haircut that he can't fix! He's talking about travelling even further to make sure his hair is cut correctly. This is unacceptable.

  Friendly The ladies r nice At the end they try to upsell u in products. A lil pricey. But for the experience its worth it. The do touch ups for free So that's a plus..

  They did a very nice job on cutting my son's hair and giving him the exact haircut he wanted and they were all so incredibly nice and sweet

  The last time I tried to go to this particular location, it was so full that the wait was over an hour and no real progress seem to have been made while I waited there. After about 20 minutes of no one's a haircut being finished, I decided to leave

  Quick work today, funny and professional staff. In and out in 25 minutes. If you can avoid the product hard sell, you can get out for around 25 bucks. They keep it really, really clean. New self check in and big screen TVs are a nice feature.

  Short line. Long wait. Quiet and unfriendly staff. Won't be back. Should hire staff with customer service experience instead of just girls with big asses.

  This place use to be great. I just got back home to check out their work. The last 3 times I have been there they have done a terrible job. They leave parts untouched and you can see the layers when they try to fade. This is the second time I have had to have WALMART fix it.

  Service was good. The girls that did my kid's hair were exceptionally patient with a narcotic mom that wanted it precisely a certain way but had a hard time vocalizing it . Morgan was my son's hair stylist and we went back and forth about little things like me saying it needs to be shorter and not there here Drive her bonkers I'm sure but she got it and was patient with me and after all was said and done my kid got exactly what we wanted. So for that kudos to you with the patience and knowledge as well as understanding. As far as my daughter's girl .. She was really sweet and even stated if anything looks a little in even by chance when it dries bring her back and I'll take care of it. My daughter's hair is a challenge so that was perfect to hear. So for that kudos to you as well. Sweet girls and we got right in . Thank you
