On three separate occasions I made appointments to get my tires rotated. All three of those times I was told they had no record of having an appointment for me and I would have to wait like all the other walk ins. If I make an appointment a week in advance and the person on the phone confirms the date and time of the appointment I expect to have a spot when I get there. The only reason I go here is because I bought my tires here and if you take your car anywhere else they void the warranty on the tires.

I exclusively buy tires here. Prices are pretty good if you hit the sale, and very good if you get the installation sale. They included lifetime mount/balance/rotation is definitely worth the price for me. Service can be slow, but I typically drop off at a slowish time and it’s done in around 1 hour. Customer service has been pretty good, just wish the appointment system was a little more timely.

Refused to install tires after agreeing to before the tires were ordered. Then the charge for the installation stayed on the bill, rather than being credited that day. I have to return to the store to dispute the charge.
