Charming rooms and an attentive management. We had a few minor issues initially but the friendly staff more than made up for it. Nice continental breakfast with a convenient and pleasant patio adjacent to the dining area. Very convenient location, round the corner from Main Street. We'll be back!

Horrible.no hot water due to a pipe leakage, did not refund because of inconvenient. A huge pagan statue on staircase, no elevator for handicapped.

I booked a room very last minute and was pleasantly surprised at the cost to value ratio. The bed was exceedingly comfortable and the staff were a pleasure to interact with. Would definitely come again!

Exceptional hotel! Would recommend to anyone. We were traveling on a road trip from out of state and after camping for days we needed a place to recharge. Santa Paula Inn was kindly able to accommodate our last minute reservation, and with a smile! The staff was beyond friendly. The room was adorable and the bed was comfortable. The location was great and easy to find, the parking lot was fenced and montiored which was an excellent touch on top of already pleasant stay. The tv worked perfectly, along with the mini fridge and microwave. Oh and HOT water! Don’t miss this place, check it out now!

Nice looking from the outside. Quaint rooms. Room was dirtier than expected, 3 spiders in webs, crusty stuff between the sheets and comforter, stuff washed away as the I turned in the shower. Helpful, friendly staff. Continental breakfast on par with most places. The price was right. Might even stay again if the price stayed the same. Overall, didn't love it or hate it.

My entire family booked rooms at this hotel for my graduation from the nearby Thomas Aquinas College, as did my in-laws for my husband's graduation the year before. The rooms are clean, the staff is extremely accommodating, and the place is remarkably beautiful. HIGHLY recommend!

Update: my husband and I went back to this area for a getaway, and stayed here again - almost ten years after our last experience. I'm happy to report that nothing has changed - still a lovely place to stay - and now that I'm a little more aware of finance I can add that it's really affordable, too. Plus, here's a tip: you're only a short morning stroll from some excellent coffee and fresh beignets at the nearby Rabalais Bistro. You're welcome. 😉

Initially hard to reach someone on the phone as I was trying to book a room for that day. There was some message about doing something on their website, but my phone's data connection was slow at the time. Once I got there I was able to reach someone, but they did not have a suitable room available. I therefore cannot comment on the rooms. It was recommended to me, so I expect it's decent.

Nice hotel. I stayed here a few times on business. Beds and linens are excellent. Toiletries are very nice. Has a wonderful old fashioned feel to it.

It's cute! The gentleman that checked us in was sweet. The place is spotless. And above all it has character! I am not supporting a corporation and it's shareholders. Motel 6 and KOA have their place but not here, and not today.
