Beautiful place to hangout on a sunny day. Access to the beach and you can BBQ from here too. You have to pay for parking but besides that is a good place to visit.

Love bringing my kids for a day trip. Parking is cheap and there is a great playground. Far enough from the beach so your kids cant wander

What a perfect place to enjoy a snack on a sand dune and watch the waves! (No littering, please. Litterbugs are douches) There's a spacious grassy park with modern pirate themed play equipment, and multiple volleyball courts on the sand. Dip toes in the ocean, walk beach trails, spy on wildlife. Lots of birds, bunnies, and squirrels. It's pay to park in the lot, but free on the side of the road.

We love this park!
It can be over crowded at times so if bringing little little ones be aware there's an area for bigger kids making it unsafe for the smaller ones at times. Week days are usually the best time for toddlers, afternoons post school is wild 😍 get for picnics, naps in the grass with the ocean breeze.

Great park and handicap parking friendly like Hueneme. Not sure what's up with Ventura. Bit of a target problem on sand. Dogs are allowed on sand with leash. One big issue, they are clueless when it comes to the definition of dusk. It appears they think dusk happens everyday at 5.

Very clean. Dog friendly. Family oriented. Boats and stand up paddleboards to rent (limited hours, though.) Lots of eateries. Bring a jacket, no matter the month.

Awesome park, great beach and clean water. Plenty of nice grass for kids to play around. Just don't forget to pay for parking.

On a Saturday after 1 and parking was free?? A park that leads right on to the beach!! Big playground and lots of grass! Warning not a lot of shade and only 1 restroom that could find for beach and park!!

It's a great place to come and relax, or even come with your family and have a little gathering. I love that you can also throw a big birthday party as well! After the party you can just walk down the walk way and your at the beach.
