Went there this morning for a cut and there were 4 stylists available in the salon. After signing and waiting. 5 minutes I walked out. They happily chatted amongst themselves not caring about the customers.

Had Bre cut my hair a few weeks back and she nailed it!! Good convo, great cut, quick service all while she wore her smile and went about her job as a true pro. Will def be returning to let her keep up the good work!!

I have been getting cuts here since WAY back. Never had a bad cut. I wish there was not so much turnover in the staff, but everybody seems good at what they do. Just get the MVP and enjoy. By the way, they now have posted prices, so there shouldn't be any complaints about not knowing what things cost anymore.

They try and upsale without telling you it cost you extra Im use to massage and hair wash being free aka complimentary ! I find what there doing to be very dishonest! I wont be going back for a 2end vist .

Pay no attention to detail

Lynn who stated she from PA and won hair competitions to make me feel at ease. Well needless to say that was not the case. I provided specific instructions about my hair situation and mentioned to her how sensitive I am about my balding spots. What does she do trim my hair down so that my insecurities were visible. Not only did she completely ruin my haircut she also up-sold me without mentioning anything about the extra cost for washing my hair and the chair massage. Needless to say I will NEVER return to this location. Try and listen and further more alert your customers when you're bending them over at the counter!
