called 4x.. total hold time over 2hrs.. NO ONE ever answered.. disgusting.. customer service is 0.. if there was negative stars I'd give plenty.. there are 42 questions from ppl dating back to 9 /2017 that have NEVER been acknowledged or answered by this office.. bottom line is if you don't comply punishment becomes more severe.. website is a joke needs to be cleaned up and streamlined..

Alimony ordered by this court is over ten months past due. I have been unable to find any employee that is understanding or helpful. Nobody wants to get involved in upholding the court order. So disappointed. Get a lawyer they chant. Wish I was able to find one I could trust and afford.

Treat people with respect and dignity, be helpful and kind. The court is stressful enough, court employees should help the citizens who pay their salaries. Unfortunately, Lee County appears the opposite of that.

You know, it really doesn't add up when a place of government treats you like you are lower than the dirt beneath their feet. almost all employees there are either miserable, ungrateful, or both. And its usually both. There's one or maybe even two employees there who actually take their job seriously. The others tell you wrong information with full intent over the phone (that is, if you get past the day and a half long wait list) and laugh in your face when you confront them about it.
What's worse-
My buddy and I are both in the Army. We were there for a traffic citation for having no proof of insurance. We were mistaken by having the insurance document with the registration, but the insurance document didn't have the effective date on it.
While we were there to show them the proof of insurance, our squad leader calls my buddy to let him know that we have a meeting a few days later. After he gets off the phone, finishing with "roger, sergeant", the employee asks for our military ID. After confirming our service, they started misguiding us all over the building and fixing us with wrong information *in person* fully for their entertainment. One girl called my buddy a psycho, claiming he should be ashamed of his deeds, even though she didn't at all explain what she meant or what she was referring to.
I bled for, and next to, my buddy and he's my god damn brother. The fact that she had the nerve to disrespect my buddy in public is unreal. My buddy pulled me out of the building when I started yelling at the lady, and about to fly off the handle.
Whoever you are, I hope you are reading this.
I hope you live every day in pain and agony. I hope all of your worst nightmares become reality. Karma's gonna get you, and I really hope it's the worst pain you'll ever experience, and I hope that pain lasts a long time.
Lee County Court, you got some problems to fix. NOBODY should have to face what a burden that place of government truly is.

I would give it a five stars for all the awesome people that work there butThe higher ups at The State Attorneys Office Stephen Russell, and Judge Jay B. Rosman are involved in public corruption using probate court for fraud. Until they can explain how my private bank accounts end up in their office, and why my Mother was found beaten to death at Heartland Health Care ( parking lot ), and refuse to give her an autopsy after visiting her Mother , along with their collusion with local fraudster Attorney Kevin Allen Kyle, I can only rate it as one. They are now involved in Liable and Slander, Money Laundering and other crimes like Criminal Obstruction of Justice and Negligence, Fabrication of intelligence records and crimes of Color of Law Violations. Murder, Kidnapping, armed assault by Law-enforcement (FMPD). What a waste of talented State Agencies and their brilliant investigators. Until they are fully vetted by The Department of Justice in Washington D.C. I will not re-rate. .Because of direct behavior three people have been murdered and my home in Tennessee was bombed and arsoned in (Gatlinburg). The wealthy and the elderly of Ft. Myers and their heirs are their prey. A State Prosecutor has apologized to me and informed me that he did not know what they where doing to my family at the time. Where is their integrity ? Even Douglas Maloy's ( ex u.s. attorney ) wife had enough integrity to divorce him. Some men need to step down from their positions, so pack your bags and get out of the people's offices and mind your own business. I will pray for all . "The body found in a canal last week at the Shell Point Retirement Community was identified as David Rambo, 81, a Shell Point resident."

Got my first speeding ticket, went in person to pay the fine. The lady told me I would receive a letter in the next 48 hours stating that I could attend Traffic School and get the points knocked off. The letter never came, and I have emailed each contact email twice, and called numerous times a day to try and get a hold of someone. Every time I call, I get a recording saying "We are experiencing a higher amount of calls than normal" and get hung up on. I don't even think they have anyone answering the phones. Being a new Fort Myers resident, this place makes it hard for me to want to stay!!

It takes less time to be nice than nasty . I will not let your bad day, current situation or whatever it is to be visited on me. Yes I had a traffic ticket NOT a prison sentence for killing someone. A little respect goes a long way. Even though you were rude and nasty, I will be kind and polite. I will smile and maybe it will teach you. I choose to go high when you go low and will totally ignore your behavior.

So I had to pay my ticket for something so small but I paid it, of course. Then I received a letter stating that I had neglecting to go to traffic school that I NEVER signed up for! But when I waited 1hr 45mins to seek help for about this issue. The rude lady keeps repeating "too late to help, you have to pay $18 fee so your license doesn't get suspended." She barely looked up my information on the computer and is charging me a late fee for something I didn't sign up for What money leeches this court is. Most of the employees and officers are gentle and nice but there are the ones that just.. don't care anymore. Honestly horrible!!

The lack of service is pretty astounding. I started my adventure of being on hold at my home in Punta Gorda, drove to Naples over an hour away, got lunch, drove to a client and performed an onsite visit, and I still havent gotten anyone on the phone. Hopefully I'll speak to someone in the next 6 hours before they close!

They give out R. O. Like they are candy. Did anyone ever think Jason skelto was an abuser and drunk. How many has he had in 3 years against 2different woman. Shame on you. Children are being used as pawns to control his sister wife's.

This is literally the most disgusting example of a court office I have ever seen. Just getting someone on the phone takes OVER AN HOUR - then once you wait that long to ask the most SIMPLE question - you get nothing but attitude (and I am a VERY friendly person - I did absolutely nothing to deserve the response or attitude that I got. I was extremely friendly and started the call with "I know you are very busy and I don't want to take up much of your time" and before I even got that sentence all the way out they're yelling at me asking what I called for?? SO unprofessional and ridiculous. Way to go Lee county real winners you have!

I filed something with the probate office and was told to call back in a few days to to make sure it was submitted and what else I needed to do. I called back and spoke to someone in the wills and estates department to ask what the next process would be and not only was she not helpful, but she was rude and could not be bothered. She had no clue whatsoever what I was talking about. I actually asked if I was calling the right place! Turns out she gave me the wrong information and hopefully I wont have to deal with them again. I would never want anyone like that working for me. All I got out of that phone call was more frustration! They really need to hire people that are more professional and acatully know what they are talking about! HORRIBLE!
