Park was great kids loved it. Its worth the money. Only problem is that 90% of the food court people are as lazy as they come. 20 min for a slice of pizza and a small fry and I was the only one in line. They were more interested in flirting with eachother and their phones. They need to hire people who wanna work and get rid of the lazy asses

Their customer focus has been incredible. It is clear they are a very concious business in regards to how they handle their consumers. I'm more than pleased with this company so far and plan to continue trusting them with my family vacations. Brenda, in the customer relations department, is incredible. I don't meet many people as good as her in the customer service business and Splash Lagoon is incredibly lucky and smart. to have her on staff.

Our family loves splash lagoon. It's conveniently located off the freeway by several restaurants and stores making it easy to find places to dine or get snacks. There is also a restaurant attached to splash lagoon in case it's cold and you don't want to leave the premises. Their in house restaurant has great delicious food and the prices are extremely fair. We have stayed at both the holiday Inn and the Marriott attached to the splash lagoon and had HUGE rooms with kitchens in both. The Marriott was slightly better because they have another pool and hot tub which is open after splash lagoon closes in case you want to go for a late night swim or have some adult swimming time. The lagoon itself is very nice, plenty of indoor and outdoor slides, a nice wave pool, a lazy river and several other kiddie pools and hot tubs.

This is our third trip to Splash Lagoon and we will come again. Great for my entire family which is ages 10, 8, 5 and 2. I feel very comfortable with the older two running around on their own. Then added a massive upgrade to the kiddie pool. Three new slides that the 2 yrs old loved. Wave pool was great, slides were great and since we went from Tues-Thurs, low crowds and Quick lines. Looking forward to our next visit.

When staying at splash lagoon try and stay away from the Residents inn hotel!!!! Splash lagoon on the other hand was nice and family Friendly. We went with my brother and his family and had a great time. My only complaint is the bucket that dumps in the toddler pool area. My 1 year old son just started to warm up to the whole splash lagoon thing and started to walk around and dance and splash in the water. Left him with my 8 month pregnant wife to come back to a soaking wet wife and a very scared 1 year old. There is no warning sound that the bucket is going to dump and the day before it must have been broken because we spent all day there and not once did it dump on us. The next day it was dumping every 5 minutes. That thing is more trouble then it’s worth. I spent the next 2 days carrying around my nerves son thinking that a bucket was going to dump on him every time he heard a scream or a splash. But we still had an amazing time. We will be back again.

What is not to love about getting to feel like it is a beautiful sunny day at the water park when it’s pouring outside?! They staff is helpful and really pay attention to the children. It felt clean and safe and my kids had a blast!

Had a great experience during my visist. But also I commend Scott Enterprises for hiring a few of inner city young people. I know they can do more by hiring more hardworking youth from my neighborhood.

Kid pool is huge and great for young children. Easy food service. Rooms have several comfy sleeping spots for family of 6. Great day!

This place was absolutely AMAZING!! The people at the arcade helped pick gifts out made it easy for us. The gift shop is very nice alot of different things. something for everyone. We got the overnight package the hotel was gorgeous. I can go on all day! This was a wonderful weekend and i will be coming back!!!! Staff was very helpful and accommodating!!!

First time there and first time on a water slide must admit I was terrified but loved it. My 8year and husband did everything multiple times no problems. Me ans my two year old stayed in the baby area most of time cause she wasn't allowed on any slides even with an adult and she had to wear a life jacket in wave pool and me and her were only sitting at the beginning. We did enjoy ourselves though wish it wasn't so expensive though.

What a wonderful day, took family who are visiting from Seattle area, 9 of us 4years to 67years, fun for all! Clean, well managed, food was moderately priced and very good. Water fun for everyone - will definitely return

Nice indoor water park. Big wave pool, several fun slides, a small lazy river, a couple of smaller pools. A rope climbing course, small arcade, small gift shop. They claim to have laser tag, but it's really a couple of buildings down. Three or four attached hotels. The cheapest one, the Comfort Inn was clean, newly remodeled and had its own pool and workout room. You can swim in any of the attached hotel's pools though, seriously it's allowed. Lots of food options around town and a few will even deliver, but nothing in Splash Lagoon that you would say is anywhere close to worth the price.

This was my first time ever visiting a water park. Despite the amount of people I never waited longer than 15 minutes to go down a slide. I would only recommend having more tubes available. More often than not I would have to wait for a tube to become available to go down the slides I wanted to.

We love Splash Lagoon in Erie! This was our 3rd visit and the kids had just as much fun as the first time. Lots of Lifeguards on duty to give parents a piece of mind. Lots of things for young and older kids to enjoy. Place was clean and enjoyable.

This place is awesome. Would re command to anyone. Great for small kids to adults. 2 to 3 slides that are pretty intense. Me and my fiance spent 2 days here with my 6 year old son and my best friends son and didn't get bored. Tons of amazing restaurants nearby as well.
