customer service skills are on point! I visited this facility early summer with my kids. Upon exiting the bumper boats the boat moved and I slipped and fell in the water!! While holding a 3yr old!! The staff immediately sprung into action! They helped us out of the water brought me a shirt to change into (I had a change of bottoms in the car) and offered to dry my wet clothes. My falling was just an accident it was nobody's fault at all yet they went above and beyond to take care of me anyways. I really wish I could remember the name of the manager and the young boy that was operating the boats because they deserve to be recognized. Great staff great fun!

Great place for young kids. The laser tag and go karts are fun for older kids and teenagers. Two months golf courses that are both really nice.

Attended a family member's birthday party for their child. The children had a great time. The children liked the pizza, french fries, chicken strips, punch they all said it was good. The employees are very friendly and work well with the children. As well as the adults they made sure everything with the party went smoothly and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Very crowded on Saturdays.

Very disappointed for a 1st time family outing. More than half the token games did not work & we lost quite a bit of tokens on them!!! Alerted a worker at one point b/c was getting tired of losing tokens. I was told to wait by game & she would send someone over. Mind you i am here with children - waited at game for 20 minutes & no one ever came over!!!! There was maybe a total of 15 patrons total there (including parents) on this day as it is "off season" as schools are back in session. Good thing i had another adult with me to take kids around while i was "waiting for someone to come over"!!! Had to wait at ride attractions as one adult ran to go get a ride operator. Bumper cars have no room to move - area was way too small for as many cars as they had in service. You would go 2 feet & not be able to move your car as you were trapped by other riders & "unoccupied cars" on sideline!! Not a smooth running or well thought out set up for rides or employee ratio. Don't think we'll return. The best part was the Water Ballon Launcher & Go Carts & mini Golf.

We had a mix of adults and kids to celebrate a family birthday. We choose Wildwood Highlands and we had a spectacular time. Dareen (manager) really took care of us. I think we liked the water wars the best but everyone was able to find something that they liked. There was bowling (real lanes), laser tag, go carts, as well as rides and play area for the tiny kids. I will definitely be back. Kudos to Dareen for making our day special. Thanks

Mini golf, go karts, arcade, laser tag, indoor jungle gym, bumper boats, (winter only) snow tubing - all in one single facility. Even though I'm too old to get any enjoyment out of anything here besides mini golf and maybe go karts, kids under 12 will have hours of fun here. Considering there's kids running around here all day, I've always thought this please was pretty well-maintained. Parking is plentiful and free. A great, cheaper alternative to amusement parks, all of which are quite a drive to residents north of Pittsburgh.

Good place for kids to have fun and play. Equipments needs cleaned as the balls and other equipments were really dirty.

Remember going here as a real small kid (2-6 or 7) and had a blast. I've never played any of the arcade or ever even really seen the outside, but the play area is fantastic and from the pictures I see from online it seems pretty much the same. Great place, never had a bad time.
