Phenomenal place for kids and adults mostly things are charged except the chocolate making. But unfortunately the day when I visited they didn't had the the making in working and they didn't even know when it will start again which was kinda non acceptable. But other than that the food was delicious. The place was looking gorgeous with Christmas lights and decorations!

Great for Kids/Parents/Adults (basically anyone wanting to have fun) ! There are thrill rides for the daring and calmer rides for the less so. It is however best to visit during Summer (even though it's busier) because most rides and concessions are closed in Winter. There are live performances and 2 accapela groups that wonder the park singing! Lines for rides may usually be pretty long, but it's worth it for how happy a ride can make a person! Get out there and get outta your comfort zone! You won't regret it!

Great place for couples or the entire family! So much to do! The rides are great! Great food! So many shops! Be prepared alot of walking and hills. You really need 2 days to see everything. Everyone I'd helpful and friendly. Very clean park!

We went to Hershey Park and we liked it. It had good parking. It had a ride and you can get a free piece of candy when it is finished. We had a lot of fun. We ate food and got drinks and the food was good. The candy was good. The staff were nice and friendly. We will probably go back again when we go back to Pennsylvania.

We visited Chocolate World and the Sweet Lights. The tour was very nice and even though it was very crowded the line moved quickly. The Sweet Lights was amazing. It's worth the $27 IMO. It was very crowded but that was fine because it gave you time to see all the lights! It took about 30 minutes to drive through.

We had an amazing time here at Hershey park. The family enjoyed it and so did I. The drive from Richmond, VA was long but worth it overall. Once you get to Pennsylvania the prices go up so if vacationing here, save up in advance. We spent $45.00 on for meals at Wendy's. Hershey park is huge and it's takes all day to explore especially with kids so wear some comfortable clothes. Experience you won't forget as it was our first time going.

It’s basically Disneyland with chocolate bars instead of Mickey. There’s fun to be had for all ages and some of the most thrilling roller coasters in the world (Skyrush and Storm Runner, just to name a few). Do not miss the Chocolate Factory Tour ride that’s actually located in Hershey’s Chocolate World, which you will see when walking from the parking lot into the main gate. Love this place!

While I was expecting the place to be cheesy, it was surprisingly fun both for adults and kids.
The make your own candy bar is totally worth it, and everyone enjoyed following the creation of their bar through the conveyor belt.
We were deciding whether to do the 4D movie but again, they did a wonderful job. Make sure you get your kids involved in the Q/A before you go in to movie as they’ll then be involved in movie.response / report this review -

This was our first time in Hersheypark and we went for their "Halloween" party. There was a total of three trick or treat stations and only kids under 12 received candy. I paid $180.00 for three people and the place that actually makes the candy is too stingy to hand it out freely? I know this is not Disney World but they like to act they are when it comes to pricing but they back off when it comes to offering a good customer experience. Seriously? $3.00 for a candy bar that is $1.49 at 7-11? You make the candy and you still mark up the prices beyond belief. We stayed at a hotel but this is really a one day park. Come early and you'll be done by closing. Its great for the roller-coaster crowd and awesome for the little ones but there is really nothing for the in between people. My daughter and I liked the roller coasters but my wife does not so there was not much for her to ride.

I went with 2 adults a 5 year old and a 6 year old. We really enjoyed the experience. There was definitely some wait time with all rides but not horrible. The worst being a 1 hour wait I guess average was 10-20 minutes.that being said, I thought we were going to be there in a slower weekend since school had already started back up. Prices were high but not unlike every other amusement park. Food included good selection of you looked and you could find reasonable prices, cheap by amusement park standards. The rides were not real crazy but they had lots for young kids and there were some wilder rides that my kids were too young for. I could easily but a week long pass and find new things to do every day. We will definitely be back.

Great amusement park. The whole family had a good time. The park is set up well with kids rides near bigger rides so it was easy for the family to stay together in one area of the park and check in with each other. Good food options. Everything was clean. We had some rain during the day so we used that time to check out Chocolate World just outside the park gate.

Hersheypark is one of my favorite amusement parks to go to. Never in my life have seen an accident there, staff are nice and well-trained, and food around each block of the park. There are varieties of different rides to go on, selected for certain ages and sizes. The roller coasters are safe and trilling, a equal mix. Staff always check the seats and passengers on the rides before they launch. Other rides are as fun as the roller coasters, just for people who don't want to be sick or scared, there are things such as swings and sit-down touring and amusement.
Food served in-park are normally the same, things such as snacks and Ice cream are the most common to find. Things such as gift shops are nearly every corner of the park, certain ones reflecting on certain rides or themes. Restrooms are easy to find, yet slightly unclean. There is an animal exhibit that is open to the public, most of it is guarded by staff to keep everyone safe, but it's fine because of secure fencing and thick glass. There are optional services like a scooter rental, but there isn't too much to hand out to common visitors. People from the lodge or hotel can order perks such as infinite game stand payment or food allowance. Speaking of games, most are them are carnival styled games, such as balloon popping and whack-a-mole, you can find them in main sections of the park.
If you are planning to visit for more than one day, I personally recommend booking for a stay at the lodge. It has good pricing and service, the hotel is a bit overpriced, but if you're adventurous, go booking there instead.
In summary, Hershey Park is one of my personal recommendations to travel to and have fun in a family-friendly amusement park with rides for all types of ages.response / report this review -

Had so much fun. Best amusement park that I have been to in a long time. We went with our GS troop and stayed at the park resort campground and all the girls had a blast. The park was big enough that you never get bored. There was so many rides for all ages. There was so many places to eat and they had a ton of options for even people with special diets and food allergies. There was a zoo and a chocolate factory tour right there too. Plus the water park was right there as well. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. One of our girls fell and hurt her wrist and ended up with a sprained wrist - the first aid team took care of her and wrapped her wrist up and made her feel better. Our troop definitely will be coming back next year. No complaints what so ever!!!

I bought season passes this year 2017 for my family and while eating and drinking can be expensive, they offer family meal plans and drink all day all season for 30$ a travel cup. With a family if 7 it really pays to get 2 cups. We get soda for us adults and kids get lemonade which we water down so its not super sweet.
The restaurants have real meals its not all sweets and fried. Plus you are allowed to leave the park at anytime and eat out of a cooler at your car.
Which we do in the summer.
We have been to the HP about 5 times now since it opened in the spring. We will be going once a week through out summer. Its a great treat for the kids plus promotes heart health with all the walking we do there. I rate it a 5 star. Sometimes you just have to be smart to save money. Plus the park allows 1 bottle of water per person into the park so it turns out -your starter drinks you can bring in with you til you get to a place to fill up your HP drink all day cup.
Our kids ages are 17mos, 3, two 8 yr olds and 11.5 yr old. They all have a great time. Sometimes we get a sitter and just go ourselves for some adult alone time.
Plenty of little kid rides, family rides and lots of thrill rides. We haven't spent $ on any games yet. We go for the rides. Hope to check out the water park end of June!response / report this review -

The park is fun with many attractions for adults and children.
I personally liked the Chocolate Factory the best. There are so many items (gifts, chocolate, apparel, etc) that are well priced and one of a kind. The food court is spacious and clean, the ice cream was ANAZING!
The opportunity to make your own chocolate Hershey bar and design the tin for your bar was certainly a unique experience. I definitely will be returning to Hershey Park, there is a lot I have yet to explore, one day was not enough time! 😁response / report this review
