We were told to arrive early for our party and we did only to find that they didn't even know if our room was ready or when it would be ready if it was not as an adult I could not jump or play dodgeball with my kids I don't think this is really a family friendly place I feel like it's geared for children it's a place where adults can sit down in the waiting area while their kids run ramp it does not really allow you to participate with your children which sucks because I paid all this money for a birthday party that I can't even participate in and it's my child's birthday.. The staff is rude and Young I don't think there is an adult working here they not only ignore you but if they can assist you they just leave you standing there I had one lady tell me I'm sorry I can't sign your kids in for your birthday party and walked away didn't say she was going to go get help none of that I had to go and enter up to other employees who had an attitude for being interrupted trying to sign my kids in for a birthday party this experience was terrible I wouldn't recommend bringing your kids here unless you plan on sitting in the waiting area and letting your kids run rampid however that is just not how I parent

My kids and I both love this place! Had a blast for my son's birthday party, and it's not just for the kids, the last time we went I got a great workout too- just jumping around having fun!

I would have given 5 stars but for 2 reasons. 1st instead of giving out the sticker with the jump time on them they should give out wrist bands the stickers come off to easy. 2nd while there I witnessed a lil girl about 5yrs old who had been jumping for about an hour, her sticker came off she only had 5 more minutes in her session to jump. The LADY working there stop this kids from jumping and made her get another sticker when she returned she only had less than 2 minutes left. It's wasn't her fault the stickers dont stay on.

Friendly staff and reasonable pricing. Any parent that writes a review complaining about "not being able to bounce with my kids" "strict staff and rules" are probably the same parents that yell at the coach for not playing their untalented kids on the team. These places have rules and regulations to keep everyone safe and the lawsuits to a minimum. These same parents would probably bounce with their kids, get them hurt and then sue the establishment.

The absoulute worst customer service ever! I was embarrassed and humiliated. When I finally was able to get management involved his response was pathetic. Either the GM or District Manager need to be there on weekends to teach your staff how to do their job. I was so disappointed. Never have a party here. It is OK if your just going to jump.

Terrible experience. Waste of money. Rude. Too many rules. They might as well do away with the waivers considering they cut you down at every move. Was also told I couldn't wear my glasses. The only time the staff said a word is when they were telling you to stop doing something. Impossible to have fun at this place.

Love this place! Clean n fun wears my son n kids down for the evening every time! Staff is nice n watches what is going on n keeps it safe but fun! Be back soon again!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was there today, 03/29/17, and for starters the ONLY smiling face was the young man working at the front desk ringing people up. Every other employee was absolutely awful. There was a rather large group of children ahead of us and they were allowed to run rampant acting absolutely absurd whereas my fiancée and I were scolded multiple times. There were several employees in the jumping area that actually stared directly at my family as we tried to enjoy ourselves. We spent a TOTAL of 15 minutes of our hour long session in the jumping area before deciding to call the whole trip a loss. Probably less than 10 seconds jumping because the moment we began, we were yelled at for being in the "wrong" area (trying to get away from all the bratty, sassy kids who weren't being watched OR yelled at/scolded). We saw some other little kids jumping in the area we had just gotten yelled at in so we tried to take my four year old to jump there but she was scared and we needed to hold her hand Another scolding for that. We weren't allowed to be near her AND we weren't allowed to jump in that particular area except now the 15 or 16 year old employee said it was because we might somehow hurt the other young kids? When before when it was empty, it was because we needed to be in direct eyesight of an employee (and consequently completely surrounded by kids being wild)? We said we weren't planning on jumping in that area, just wanted my preschooler to feel safe with us near her and have her around some little kids her age so she could have fun which was the point of us going there in the first place. He mumbled that we can't do that and at this point I was already done with this place. What was the point of a waiver if we can't jump in areas where we don't have to deal with insane kids, can't hold my child's hand, can't even jump ourselves without an employee literally makin direct eye contact the entire time, etc? We basically bought three pairs of socks. I wholeheartedly advise everybody to find a better family fun activity like Dave & Busters, Main Event, The Web, etc. Skyzone was a total flop and turned into a pretty frustrating experience as a whole.

Don't waste your money. Literally couldn't stand without being whistled at and felt like they were singling my group out staring at us the whole time. They have a VERY young staff that think it's cool to just use their whistles whenever they felt necessary. I'm in my mid 20s, skipping on the trampolines shouldn't be a crime. We sign a waive for a reason, right?
