Very much dislike visiting this location but unfortunately my extended warranty forces me to come here for service. The service manager has given me attitude on 3 different occasions, even making me reschedule an appointment after waiting close to 2 hours, only to tell me I would have to come back the next week. When I asked him for a rental because of this major inconvenience and because I had no other means of travel, he flatly told me "No, I'm not giving you a rental for THAT."
Every time I've had to come here for service I've been dissatisfied, whether it was something as small as a mechanic leaving an ice scraper in my car, or something major like getting work done and my tire pressure sensors not being hooked back up correctly after my "100+ point inspection" indicated that the sensors worked fine. Unfortunately all of my complaints seem to fall on deaf ears.
Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Spitzer Lordstown surpassed all the expectations I've had about buying a car from a dealer. I found the car I was looking for online and came from Austin Texas to buy it. The Salesman and the General Manager are some of the most accommodating people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! They worked with me to come in after hours because it was the only time I was free. I left with my new car feeling treated with kindness and fairness that are rare these days. Thank you Andy!
