Simply amazing service! Connor is the man. He not only hooked me up with a nice 2017 traverse but it was a Christmas gift for my wife. So he and the entire staff helped me keep it a secret helped me plan (lie to my wife) to get my wife to Sparta Chevy with out her knowing it was for a new car the even waxed it an put a bow on it for us! Just great service! Keep it up Connor and all of Sparta Chevy!

Sparta Chevy is THE GREATEST DEALERSHIP in WEST MI. I worked with Connor the entire time. He answered every questions, called me back immediately, and ensured me that they would beat another Chevy Dealership's prices. Connor and Sparta Chevy completely blew the competition's prices out of the park. They held my car that I promised to purchase without even putting a deposit on it. There were times I was worried my bank didn't get the correct information, and Connor would call just to confirm my bank received it. My dad has purchased a vehicle through Sparta Chevy, as well as my grandparents. This dealership was never pushy, and gave me a couple of days to think before purchasing. Once I was ready to purchase, they immediately gathered all the mandatory paperwork and got through the process quite quickly. If you need to purchase a new or used vehicle, this is the place to purchase. Great customer service, attentive, and respectful. Connor and Sparta Chevy contains the best customer service for car purchasing available in West MI.

I worked with Jim Kelly in Trailer Sales. The guy was a class act, with nothing but a straight shooting attitude and communication. He also honored the prices we discussed. I never had to wrestle with him on pricing. He game me the best price right from the start. It was a 2.5 hour drive but I can honestly say it was worth the trip from Metro Detroit. Though I only ever compared by calling, his price to what the factory itself quoted me, it was from what I researched a really fair price for the trailer I bought. I'd refer him and buy from him again. I'm almost hesitant to share but he spent an hour swapping my trailer wiring from a larger round 6 or 8 pin style to a flat 4 lead system. He never asked for a dime. He just did it.

Very honest, professional and informative dealership. My Salesman Connor, did a great job during the entire process, very easy going, knowledgeable and awesome to deal with, helped me get the right car. Rich was great and very informative during the paper process and great to work with. Zach did a great job showing me everything the car had to offer the morning I picked it up.
