Can't say enough about these guys at Brunswick Oral Surgery! Dr. Dan is so knowledgeable and makes you feel completely at ease. Dawn and the rest of the staff are just a treat to be around. You may not be smiling when you go in, but you definitely will be when you leave.

The entire team is fantastic! Everyone did their very best to keep me informed and comfortable. Dr. Spagnoli personally took his time to explain the upcoming procedure, the technology being used, and made sure all of my questions were answered. The assistants made me feel welcome, and the front desk staff did their very best to get me in and out efficiently. My surgery went great and my healing was easy!
I would recommend Dr. Spagnoli and his team to any and everyone!

Dr. Spagnoli is not only highly educated and masterfully skillful he happens to be a really nice person. caring and inquisitive, always striving to make the patient experience pleasant and providing a calm presence in what can sometimes be a stressful situation for some. Dawn, always the professional, runs the office with efficiency and class making every visit to Brunswick Oral and Maxillofacial a treat. These guys are the best!

I've known Dr Spagnoli for many years. He's a very caring, compassionate human being. He loves what he does and is one of the best Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons in the country. I respect this man and will refer family and friends to see him anytime. I'm looking forward to the new office he is building on Highway 17. It will be state of the art. I am very pleased to be a part of his team and a patient.

I would not give him any stars if possible. This guy is one of the most conceded assholes I've ever met. I had a molar tooth extracted by him as he came highly recommend as well as looking at his past work, looked great. Well, guess all his so called accomplishments has gone to his head. I had my top back molar extracted and I have severe TMJ. I was sent home with NO prescriptions and told to take Motrin and Tylenol for pain. I can't unhinge my left jaw to open from the horrific pain and swelling. Took me over 24hrs to also stop the bleeding. I called to ask if I could be seen the next day (day 3) to evaluate things but he claims that 'there is NO way I can be having this much pain and swelling due to his gentle approach to my extraction'. He's lucky my mouth hurts too bad and he did not get cussed out. I simply hung up the phone on him because he's not concerned about me and it's not worth me making my mouth worse. I would never send my worst enemy to him. I regret not going back to Austin Oral in Leland. I learned the hard way and hope others don't make the same mistake I did or have to go through half the pain I'm in from this man.
