THERE'S A REASON WHY THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS CHANGING, THE OWNERS ARE HORRIBLE TO THEM!! The icecream itself is great, because it's Hershey's brand. HOWEVER, the way they treat their employees is why I have chosen to stop supporting Morgan's. My sister-in-law recently worked there and couldn't stand to work there more than two weeks because of how hateful he was and how he treated the employees. He would yell at her almost every single day about crazy things and she did nothing wrong. I can't explain how rude and hateful he was. I used to love going there but they will no longer get my business! Also, the money in the tip jar doesn't even go to the workers.. the owner's get it.. ridiculous.

Great place to get a cone. The ice cream cookie sandwiches are AWESOME!!! TRIED to take a picture of my son's cone but he devoured the delicious ice cream. This is our goto whenever in Lincolnton.

This USED to be THE BEST place to get ice cream, the service was always great and it was just overall a good experience. Now, under the new management, the ice cream is for lack of a better word "ehh" and the service is sub-par. Also the establishment is extremely crowded and cluttered. It just isn't what it used to be.
