Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Lake Norman Jeep. They had a great selection of wranglers to choose from. Jamie worked with me to find exactly what I wanted and was extremely patient with my decision making. Everyone there was super friendly and easy to work with. It was awesome to find a dealership who was animal friendly and even had their own cat Mickey! A small but sweet personal touch :)

Sorry LNJ but I don't believe you deserve a 4.3 star rating. I got very tired working with you on the purchase a new 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Had much better dealings with the other Jeep dealers nearby and purchased somewhere else. The other dealership went way out of their way to satisfy my requirements. You didn't do enough. My suggestion to everyone reading this post is don't get lazy. Shop around. You can always find a better deal.

Jamar was our salesman and we could not say enough good things about him. We have leased several cars over the years and he was by far the best gentleman we have worked with. Even his colleagues went above and beyond making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Our toddler loved all the snacks and the popcorn definitely earned us some extra time at the dealership with her.

Devin was our sales guy and he was very professional and personable. He listened to what we wanted and what we were able to do and made it work! Made the whole process easy and exciting. He seemed to always have our best interest and really made us feel comfortable.
Devin was also our finance guy, and he was also very nice and easy to work with. He made the whole signing process easy and made sure he went over everything and answered all questions to make sure we were comfortable with our decision.
Overall, we had a great experience and we will definitely recommend this dealership and both Devin's to all of our friends and family!

My experience was WONDERFUL! From the very moment I walked through the door I was treated with the utmost respect! I felt so comfortable! Mark Mosaybei was awesome! He helped me find the perfect vehicle for what I needed and would not stop until I was 100% satisfied! It was a fun and exciting experience and I definitely owe it to Mark. Craig Smith also dropped by to say hello and was so nice! My mother was with me as well. She was a previous customer of Lake Norman and when she walked in EVERYONE knew her and was so attentive to her as well! Willie even took her car which she had bought from the dealership in 2006 for a car wash while Mark helped me! We were offered a beverage during our time and treated so nicely! I ended up with a GORGEOUS 2018 Cherokee Latitude and it’s the most beautiful car and I am so happy! Mark got me to the price point I needed which made me VERY HAPPY! I felt Mark was truly looking out for me and was determined to help me and did not stop until he got me what I needed! I will always be grateful for that as well! It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Maggie was great. She was recommended by a friend who recently bought a jeep and also had a 5-star experience. My old xterra has a little more life in it but will likely need to be replaced in the near future. Maggie was understanding, patient and informative. She helped me figure out what I want in a car without any pressure. Even though I wasn't 100% ready to buy, I seriously considered going for it when - with her assistance - I found what just might be the perfect car for me. When it's time, pretty sure I'll head back up to Lake Norman jeep to see Maggie!

Everyone at the Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep was good to us! Our person was Devin Considine he was awesome took very well care of us! Checked on us every minute he got. And made sure I walked out the door happy! I couldn't be any happier with my 2017 Brand new Jeep Wrangler! I'm beyond excited. We loved their customer service. My experience at Lake Norman CJD was very smooth and I drove a new car home! The staff was very friendly; they helped in every way they could to lower my monthly payment to what I wanted it to be. They were much nicer to deal with than any of the local dealerships, if I need a new car I'm the future, I'm probably going to make the 3 hour drive to Charlotte just to work with them again.

By far the best buying experience I've had. Always had to buy from shady scam dealers but the wife saw what she wanted and it was at Lake Norman so we went just to see. Dealt with Mark and he was great. No pressure, I wasn't expecting much but he got it done. One we came to terms and I said yes, it was such a breeze. In and out process, everyone supper polite. Detailer could've done a little better but still happy with everything. Highly recommend this dealership!!

I'm incredibly impressed with their service team! I was greeted as soon as I arrived. Everyone was friendly and Chuck took great care in making sure to address all of my concerns. They called me when my service work was done. I showed up to a newly washed vehicle (never asked, they gladly did it free of charge), it was parked in front ready for me! The service I had was covered under warranty, and I didn't have to tell them that. They took care of everything and I went above and beyond with a car wash and friendly service! Will definitely be back! Thanks Chuck!
