Showed up at 4:15 on Christmas Eve knowing they closed at 5pm. Working in the same business, I understand the frustration that comes with that LAST minute customer popping in unannounced. The gentleman that helped me was upfront about how long the service would take to dismount my blown out tire and mount a provided tire. I sat and waited for the service to be completed which took roughly an hour and a half(still an hour quicker than quoted) and was absolutely astonished at the attitude of the employees at this location. Not only is it Christmas Eve and they have a bunch of cars still trying to get tires on and out of town, its time to close and even after hours and not a SINGLE employee slowed down or stopped. Everyone was working as though time was not an issue for them and doing so fast and efficiently. Cannot express how impressed I am with the overall service of this place and how well their guys work together to get the job done! Thank you guys a lot and keep up the fantastic work!

Have been sitting here 2.5 hours waiting to get a tire fixed for the third time. They have not even looked at it yet. What good is their tire insurance if they can't fix the tire? Or you have to spend an entire Saturday waiting?

Took a curb out and on my way to work and wanted to make sure there was no damage beyond cosmetic. Saw the great reviews and stopped in after work. I was quickly helped, and within a few minutes was reassured all was well. Will definitely be coming back for any tire needs. In all honesty they could've told me I needed a brand new rim and I would not have argued. Great to know there are people you can trust and that are actually looking out for you.

Brad at discount tire was a blessing in disguise for my father and I on 6-22-2017.
On our way home to Hickory NC from Columbia SC we noticed our truck certainly wasn't OK. (By the Grace of God) we limped the truck to discount tire because our truck was missing 5 of the 8 lugs on the rear wheel.
Anything could have happened, we could have been injured or someone else could have been injured due to a loose wheel.
Brad was a God send, not only did he give us lugs but he also give us the locking lug key! For free!!
He torqued all our wheels and set us on our way and refused to take any cash.
This place is the real deal, honest people and a blessing in disguise.
I would recommend this tire shop to anyone and everyone.

Excellent service! Did you know that you can make an appointment online for even faster service?! Well I did just that and I was quickly taken care of at my local discount tire store in Denver. I had a screw in my rear tire causing a slow leak. They not only repaired my tire, but they did it for no charge!! Amazing job discount tire! 5 stars isn't enough for your level of service- I give you 1,000,000 stars!

Customer service that is better than you ever expected! I had a flat tire yesterday and looked up a few tire stores on Google maps. This Discount Tire Store had ridiculously good reviews and I couldn't believe how excited people were over a tire shopNow I understand why.There are extremely few places that understand the value in giving the customer more than they expect to earn their future business. These guys get it and completely deliver.
They're the Five Guys bag of overflowing french fries of tire shops.

I was greeted at my car right away by an employee. He was super friendly. We checked out my car and then we went inside where he showed me all the options for new tires. I was very familiar with my tires and what tires I wanted going forward but I let him explain the product he had in stock and pricing. His suggestion matched what I already wanted even without telling him. He was so helpful in looking up my Discount Tire Credit Card. Service was speedy too. Great crew. This location will continue to have my business in years to come.
