This has to be one of the most honest and helpful companies I have come across since moving to Charleston. I have a GE refrigerator that stopped working within my warranty period but GE told me they couldn’t come assess for at least a month. This left me and my two small children with no fridge or freezer. The gentleman who owns this place spoke with me on the phone and did everything he could to help me find someone to come out faster and to help find the parts that were out of stock everywhere locally. So much appreciated and so rare for people to be this kind.

Christian fixed our broken dishwasher and I can say he is hands down the best home repair specialist we have ever worked with. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Came to inspect and give us a great quote on the repairs. Told us he doesn't charge anything until the unit is fixed and working properly. He came back a few days later and did the repairs, came out to exactly what he quoted and he did a fantastic job. Can't rave more! Thank you!

Great guy! One man show so be patient (per some previous reviews), but worth the wait. Professional, experienced, and fairly priced. Strongly recommend and would use again as well as refer to friends.

Christian has helped us a few times over the last couple of years with some aging, reasonably high end appliances. He has always been able to get to us in a timely fashion and if we have had an emergency, he has been able to help immediately. I have switched electricians, plumbers, and heating/air companies, but have never thought once about switching from Southern Fried for appliance repair. Fair pricing, prompt, knowledgeable, and nice to chat with too!
