My car buying experience with Luxury Auto Xchange continues to be a NIGHTMARE. They failed to disclose that the car I was buying was legally a "lemon" until after they received my money and the car was on the truck being shipped. After learning the truth (found within the final paperwork), I refused delivery of the car. It's a week later and they still refuse to refund my money. As you might imagine, their excuses for not issuing a refund are ridiculous. My attorney is working on our response, but in my estimation Luxury Auto Xchange represents the nightmare case study for why you should not purchase a car online.

The service here is unprofessional. I took my business to another dealer who knows the value of customer Service. I was told that I couldn't test drive a car until a deal was discussed and numbers negotiated. It sounded shady from the beginning. After doing some research I discovered that all the cars here are dealer buy backs which means the cars were defective in some way. This means you're getting a car that is not going to be worth any value when you try to sell it. My advice is to RUN from this shade tree dealership.

Don't go there, they are underhanded and will try to hard sell and coerce you into buying. Watch out, many of their cars I looked at are lemon buybacks with poor title history. Strong recommend to go elsewhere.

This dealership will sell your car even full payments was send and 10 days has passed they still didnt send my payments back even I called them everyday to ask for refund so I have hired an attoney and go to court with them.
