Food is excellent, but the service is God-awful. They only had one waitress in the whole restaurant, and it took forever to have our order taken, get our drinks, and to get our food. We had to keep going up to the kitchen staff to get our own refills. Also, while the place's speciality is rotisserie chicken, they were out on a Friday during dinner. Wasn't really impressed.

Food - 5 stars. Authentic cuisine, amazing chicken (which it better be when you call it Super Pollo). Service - 2-3. People are very nice, very friendly, but I've had times where I went in at lunch and there was a 45 minute wait for food because they ran out of chicken. I've learned to always call ahead and place my order - that way I know there's food, and I get served right away. You also may find yourself watching Spanish soap operas on the big screen if you show up on the wrong day. Overall, I recommend.
