The food was sub par and over priced. They ran out of pancake and waffle batter at brunch before noon. Additionally the service was terrible. This place is the worst.

Great food and friendly service. Staff very knowledgeable about gluten free, baked my wife her own gluten free bread. Cheese plate had real raw honey yum!

Food - Try their mushroom bread pudding with a cup of the fish chowder. Interesting combination of flavors!

Ambiance - So cozy. As the name suggests, they have a functional fireplace.

Waited 30 min for the waiter to show up and then left hungry. Not the first time when we had to wait 15+ min for a waiter. Food is usually great, but service has been going downhill for the past 4-6 months. Not going back any time soon.

The food was delicious and the focus on seasonal, regional ingredients is a definite plus. I'd avoided this restaurant because of mediocre reviews, but I am so glad I went anyway. My experience was far better than those indicated by some of the other reviews, and I can't wait to go back.
