If you happen to be on Ritchie Highway in this area and you get a chance to go to Bateman's they have an all you can eat wings special. Couple of my friends were over there having something to eat and they called me and said if you got a chance come on over and join us. I did glad of it good people good fun good food!

Service was mediocre as it seemed they were more focused on cleaning up and restocking. Ordered the steamed shrimp which were terribly overcooked. A young gentleman apologized and put in for a fresh order. The second order was cooked much better but the shrimp had not been deveined/cleaned. It was disappointing to say the least. The cream of crab soup had very little crab and was extremely thick.
On a more positive note, my grandmother enjoyed her pulled pork and my mother her ahi tuna. The manager took care of the shrimp and was friendly. Bateman's is traditionally pretty good but this experience wouldn't have me returning soon.

Ordered Monday special, all your can eat Wings for $13. My Husband's Birthday. # 1 food took forever coming out, apparently a problem or mix up but never notified us of the situation to begin with, just told us when it finally came out! Not a special if you ask me as we practically had to beg for 2nd round and when 2nd round finally came it came with like 3 wings and with no new sauce! Special BS! Bartender would have done w/o too. Nice at first but did not give good assistance what so ever and when he did after parading at bar he would type order in and then yell Done! Who the f*** does that??? No wonder 2nd location closed, I think this one is well on it's way next!!! The only positive out of this is that the wings were actually really good other than that never again here. I'm better w/o FOR SURE! I'll keep my money in my pocket for a much better place and experience!

Been here a couple dozen times at least. Never a bad experience. Usually get the same waiter whom is very nice. Delicious food and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend it.

Wings & salads are the favorite. Good food. Atmosphere, not so much unless you can get in the smaller room to the left of entrance.

Service was good, but don't expect a crab cake packed with crab. Ribs are coated in a something more like a buffalo sauce. Crab pretzel appetizer is pretty darn good though!

Wife loves the crab pretzel here. Makes us stop by every time we are in town. The wait staff is always pleasant and the food is good.

I would rate this place with no stars, but I can't. Let start on the service and food, it wasn't worth the time for this place, it took 20 minutes for the food to come out and when it did come out my burger had American cheese and I asked for pepper jack cheese, so when I told the guy that it had the wrong cheese on it he looked at me like I was lying. Oh yeah before I go further I asked my burger to be cooked medium rare so when he took my burger back he scraped the cheese off and put the other kind on and put it in the microwave to melt it, so what do you think happened to my Burger now, well now its a well done burger.. enter at your own risk!!!

Waitress was HORRIBLE!! She either needs more training or needs to learn how to treat people of a different race.
Update: Received an email & was informed that the waitress had a trainee the day we visited. But we wasn't told that on the day we visited. The issue of informing customers that a trainer will be attending our table ahead a time will elevate confusion in the future.
